Went to Brookes has they seemed to sell property quick, Mine sold within a week of putting it on the market.
Couldn't recommend them enough and the solicitors they suggested to me.
They all took a lot of stress out of selling the property.

Found an amazing home the middle of June advertised by Brooks that we fell in love with and wanted instantly but had to sell our previous home first and worried on how it would work with ours not being on the market already. Wayne at brooks estate agents was great, helped us through it all, within three days, our house was on the market and was then sold within two weeks. We communicated with Wayne a number of times for anything we needed, any questions we thought to ask and he was second to none, thought the process would be more difficult but it was a smooth, fast transition and we’ve now been in our prefect home for almost three weeks. Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Service - Very Disappointing Experience
We recently viewed a house in the Rainhill area and really liked it. We made an offer at the vendor’s requested price, which was handled by Brooks Estate Agents. After submitting all the necessary documents as requested, we received no updates for two days. We repeatedly tried to call them, but they never answered, and when they finally did, it was after waiting through long queues.
Their communication was extremely unprofessional. When we finally got through, they told us the vendor rejected our offer because we hadn’t submitted the required documents. We had already sent them the documents, but they only realized this after we called again and pointed it out. Their mistake cost us our dream home, and all we received was a simple “sorry.”
To make matters worse, even after two days, we are still receiving emails about viewing the same house. When we called them to clarify, they were surprised but offered no solution. I have all the proof of my interactions with them, yet they continue to mishandle the situation.
I feel that Brooks Estate Agents cannot be trusted, and it seems like they only prioritize certain clients. A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
