"Selling a house for the first time is so stressful, but W&J Properties made the whole thing feel easy. We had a few agents round, but we went with W&J because they felt like a truly honest reflection of the market.
The 'coming soon' post and photos online worked so well. Posted on Tuesday and had 6 offers by Saturday! The communication was also brilliant; they kept us in the loop the whole time and always got back to us so quickly. "Highly recommend!"

I can't recomend W&J highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish, that lead to our house being place under offer in the first week of being listed. Unlike other estate agents we've dealt with before W&J also drove the process along once under offer, supporting both ourselves and our buyer. The original valuation process I was also impressed with and hadn't seen before, being much more data driven, with Jordan showing us what similar properties had sold for in our area in the past 12 months, and the final price. This backed up the valuation we had in mind anyway, but felt much less like plucking a number from the air as again we've experienced with other estate agents, and despite a quick sale we achieved the valuation we had and what we wanted for the property. Keep up the great work W&J, and if you're looking at selling a property then definitely go with them. Better priced that other estate agents too.

Highly recommended. We were happy with W&J throughout the selling process. From the initial valuation with Jorden, who we felt proposed a genuine asking price and we didn’t feel pressurised at all. Their communication has been great, mostly using what’s app but also emails and phone calls when required. Jorden carried out all of the viewings and passed on the feedback each time, sometimes by voice note which I found helpful as it could be re-played. Our property sold in 3 weeks and it’s been a smooth, stress free process with regular updates from W&J and any queries dealt with in a timely manner. Thanks Jorden and Will :-)

Can hand on heart say this is definitely the only 5 star estate agent I know of. We were just about to go with W&J after not being happy with our current agent and an already fallen through sale, but we had an offer accepted last minute so hoping this time it all works. But you can tell by the advice and professionalism that you will be in good hands. Genuine service with a smile and not blunt bare minimum service like I have received from others.

I honestly cannot recommend Will and Jordan at W&J Estate Agents highly enough. They went above and beyond for me, not just once, but twice — after my first buyers unfortunately fell through.
From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. When the initial sale collapsed, they didn’t miss a beat. They reassured me, relisted the property quickly, kept me fully informed, and worked tirelessly to secure new buyers. The property sold the day it was re-listed!!
Their determination, communication, and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable.

I have now sold two properties with Will and Jordan at W&J Properties and on both occasions the experience was excellent.
In both sales the buyers they secured were the right fit for our circumstances and the prices achieved were ones I was genuinely very happy with. From the first point of contact through to getting the sales completed their communication and responsiveness were consistently strong which is exactly why I chose to use them again.
They offer the benefits of using an estate agent without the usual frustrations that often come with traditional high street firms. There was no poor communication no lack of experience and no need to constantly chase for updates. They were always easy to reach proactive throughout and clearly more in tune with modern ways of working compared to many high street agents.
Their service also represented very good value for money. Their fees were more competitive than every high street agent I spoke to yet the level of service provided was far superior.
I would not hesitate to recommend Will and Jordan at W&J Properties to anyone looking for a smooth well managed sale handled by a professional firm who genuinely know what they are doing.

Would not recommend on this basis as they seem to value lower to achieve quick sales. The property was also compared to others in the area that were not similar in the slightest.

We have recently sold our house with W&J, although it hasn’t been a straightforward process we cannot fault Will and Jordan. Whenever we needed them, they were just a phone call or a message away. As soon as you list your house with W&J, they create a WhatsApp group with you which is a fabulous idea as it means that you don’t have to ring offices etc.

It was the first time selling my house and I honestly cannot fault Jordan for how easy he has made it for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble from him first valuing my property to handing over the keys. I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever move again will 100% use him again!

Can not rate Jordan and Will enough for their tireless and unrelenting help throughout the sale of my property and the purchase of my dream home.
I met Jordan first on a viewing for a property we saw on Right Move. After meeting him, his approach was knowledgeable, approachable but not pushy or salesy in any way. So much so, even having my house valued and nearly listed with another Agent, I requested he listed my property too!
All the way through the process he was contactable at unsociable hours, handled viewings and really assisted us through the process keeping us informed at every stage. I have had issues with other Agents in the past but Jordan and W&J are not like any Estate Agent you have ever dealt with, trust me!

I don't usually post google reviews but i feel like i need to just to payback all the help Will has given me over the past few months.
5 minutes is all it took from me to send an enquiry through zoopla to getting a text from Will to arrange a viewing.
Within a week i had a viewing arranged and a direct offer sent to the seller. A bit of back an forth and it was agreed i would buy the property he showed me.
Then was the inevitable waiting game between solicitors but even then, Will remained in frequent contact putting my mind at ease with reassurance and also helping me with any questions i had no matter how obvious they were, he was always happy to help.
5 Months later to the day and i have the keys to my own place and he was still helping me with questions i had.
From what i can imagine to be usually a quite hectic time i cant say enough about how stress free this all felt in the end.
Honestly wish nothing but the best for W&J and i cant recommend them enough
