Planned a viewing and drove the 1 hour journey to view. Filled out all the forms to do the viewing to then sit and wait for a response weather we had the house of not potentially missing opportunities on other houses. We only found out the house had gone to someone else due to searching online and seeing it was let agreed. Estate agents are good for noting and just want to collect there money every month. Tasca Kruse was efficient and relaxed in her approach which took away any pressure especially whilst we had 2 weeks holiday during the final process. Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Contacted to arrange a viewing on property 1, "we will contact the owner and get back to you" never did. Viewed property 2, put an offer in, made sure it wasn't best and final offers, called twice to see what was happening, both times been told we will update you as soon as we hear anything, just over a week later property goes to sold STC, contacted them again, "oh did no one ring you to say they'd accepted an offer" If you're thinking about buying through them, don't waste your time, if you're thinking of selling though them, don't waste your money....
