I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale.
I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids.
I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice,
I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available.
Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to.
It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them.
I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same.

Brown and Co were absolutely fantastic when we sold and purchased through them.
Neil was professional, efficient, friendly and we immediately knew we were in safe hands from the valuation service he provided. Throughout both sale and purchase Neil and Charlie went above and beyond - nothing was too much trouble and our move was seamless which is all down to their help and outstanding service. Seamless communication throughout the process. I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.
