Told me I had the property not to worry about it over night and ide get the property to then figure out the next week they let it out behind my back telling me there was no viewings and no more slots available for viewings I had even told them I had a holding deposit to put down and still did it behind my back bunch of horrible bastards.... we had four different people conducting the viewings, one turned up late so the people were left outside then when she was showing them around with us sitting quietly in the kitchen she brought them into the room and announced this is the kitchen - no pointing out the boiler, pantry, details of the cooking etc., i thought this was very unprofessional. the only updates we got (apart from one three weeks in) were when i phoned the office. the newest girl was very good but the rest i would say were poor....
