We used them expecting the full Rolls Royce package. To get an open house to get the people through the door. Sold a high end package with a high end price. Went from Rolls Royce to a Renault sharpish. Photos weren’t loaded and had to ask for them to be loaded. After a few weeks we had to go to the shop as the phones were going unanswered. We had not received reports of how we were doing in the market. Another unticked box. After 12 weeks we raised a complaint as nobody reached out to us. And then promises they would do a video and do more canvassing. We had 10 people who clicked more info to book an appointment. Nobody came through the door. No viewings. No contact. Would not recommend Longton butters unfortunately. 3 incorrect descriptions on our property advertisement were listed online., incorrect size of room, incorrect number of bedrooms and incorrect location of property also photos were unprofessional.
