We are currently looking for a property in Nantwich, Cheshire and have viewed several houses advertised through BJB, where Paige Malik has been our main point of contact.
Paige has a warm and friendly demeanour while remaining thoroughly professional. She has been very knowledgeable about each of the properties we have viewed, and on the rare occasions where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always came back to us very quickly with the information.
Because Paige has taken the time to understand exactly what we are looking for, and due to the excellent service we have received, we have now decided to instruct BJB to sell our own home.

Paige Malik - very helpful and polite young lady helping me to purchase a house in Nantwich.
House very overpriced for volume of work that needs doing to it, so I’m hoping she will be a good negotiator in getting the right price for this property.

I had my house up for sale with Butters John Bee and was in contact from day one with Paige Malik who throughout the process kept me informed and up to date. On the rare occasion there was a problem Paige would answer any worries or concerns I had and if she couldn’t answer she would get back to me when she could with answer.
Selling and buying a house is a very stressful time, Paige made this a smooth and as stress free as possible.

Sold the house really well but poor follow through to sale. Communication follow up poor and updating on progress of sale poor. Excellent local knowledge if the housing market and excellent sale at an above the market price!
