Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. They really didn’t do very much for their money. Each time I had a viewing it was I who had to contact them for feedback. Where this was not forthcoming they were not proactive in seeking it. Despite it being shortly post lockdown and their having relatively few sales I didn’t get the sense that they really knew my property. When it came to the sale I made it not them.... Read more

C&H were my solicitors when was buying my first house. The process took a bit long - 3 months. Did not have much problem back then. The problems were much more recent, when wanted to view few of their houses - this was the worst experience comparing to other agents! Their estate agency was this bad I ended up dismissing any houses listed by C&H.... Read more

wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Incompetent to be honest, simple things like not doing changes we asked for on rightmove in a decent amount of time, once it took a week, not updating schedules correctly, not chasing viewers for feedback. even at the start when we asked them advice about the starting price they were useless, they "advised" us to put it 5k above the home report value! in this market!? we knew it would never sell for that. cancelled with them eventually...
