Agent arrived on time for the initial viewing. Had good knowledge of the area and confidence they could find a buyer quickly which they did. So far so good with the process, but we haven't exchanged contracts yet. The first agent I met at the property has been handling the sale all the way through so you are not being moved from on person to the next. They also did not tie us down to a 12 week selling contract. They suggested we offer them three weeks to find a buyer or go elsewhere. They found a buyer, above the market price, in the first week. Highly recommend them.... Read more
