Showed interest on a commercial property that had been vacant for a long time. The agent I dealt with didn't seem to have any motivation in helping me negotiate with the owners of the property. After many phone calls and emails sent to the agent, pushing to get a response. I've had to remove my interest because it was clear they were happy for the property to sit vacant. The agents lack of response to emails and inability to mediate between purchaser and landlord is surprisingly lacking with this company. Give this agency a wide birth if you want rent your commercial property. If you are looking to rent a property they have on there books, don't be surprised if they ignore your attempts at correspondence.

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were really dismissive and seemed completely uninterested in helping me find a commercial premises. I expected a much higher level of service and support. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Do not do with business with this property agent! They don’t call you back when enquiring and they do not know the word service is. Plus rude as well! I called to make a appointment to view a commercial property and no message was passed and no call back from the person dealing with the property. When called again, then was told there is an offer on the property.

Cattaneo have the poorest hygiene standards ever. I have worked in two buildings managed by them, one of them being in the same building as themselves. Toilet paper is placed on either the sanitary bins, toilet brush handle or even the floor!
How can this be deemed acceptable?

These agents never take you serious. They have place that has been up to let for at least 7 months. and I kept enquiring about it. but who cares is just a council unit to let and no one at Kingston council to chase, and the best way is just to raise council tax to make up for the loss on rent.

Cattaneo is the managing agents of a building we rent via a large public body. We find them to be rude, aggressive and unprofessional on nearly every occasion we have to speak with them. Most of the other neighbouring occupiers feel the same and have relayed this back to the owners. Confidential emails get cc'd two other parties 'by mistake' and there seems to be a common theme of post not been received on time then countless emails chasing 'debt'. One very poor organisation.
