Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby.
He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park,
He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

Dmitrijs Kuzminskis is the sale manager for my purchase. As I'd already purchased another flat in some other area so I need to have more time for the completion of the flat in the Lock. He has been so helpful in the whole process.
Greenford Quay and the Lock are well beautifully designed with the canal running through the estate. The architect and the landscape architect should be given a credit to this.
One can see the Lock from the Greenford Station which is around 5 to 10 mins walk to the Greenford Station.

He was consistently and constantly supportive and communicative, keeping me updated with all developments at all times. I contacted Kelly CBRE and the company through email about the flat I am currently living in and they take months to never even reply and when they do it’s only about asking for payment. Yet I’ve been living in the current flat I am living in for months just for my name to not be put on the tendency contract, we contacted her for months to get my name on it and she ghosted us. FYI I paid for 6 months beforehand and she ghosted me and my cousin after we made the payment. All they care about is money, and now I also don't have a tendency history because she was too lazy to reply to our email.

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. If you’re considering renting a property they manage, be warned. They’ve taken triple rent payments by ‘mistake’ ignored my emails, and their property managers are consistently unhelpful and passive-aggressive. Save yourself the trouble and run.

The worst property management company...
If you are renting and CBRE will become your property manager, think twice!!!
They increased the rent during my 2-year 'fixed term' tenancy. Although it's unlawful to increase the rent during a fixed term contract, they threatened to kick out from the flat by using the break clause.
At the end of the tenancy they wanted to charge 700£ (ie. each water drip mark 35£) for the wears & tears without a bill and the case went to DTS who decided that all are irrelevant and can be also removed by cleaning and therefore they only cut the cleaning fee from the deposit and returned the majority.

I approach CBRE about viewing interest in a former HSBC property Broadwater Worthing i have been fobbed off saying they are giving back the lease where the property was available this has been going on for 2 years ive requested viewing and been totally ignored i see now they have put the property under offer they are not interested in local business i run a successful business looking to expand into Worthing i would not recommend this company

Emily Baker is a property manager I work alongside with dealing with all electrical appliance problems for the tenants (appliance engineer). She is very easy to work with and responds very quickly and deals with all her tenants very quickly. If ever I have a query about something for one of the properties she finds out the answer really quick. Its been an absolute pleasure working with Emily the past couple of years and I hope we work together for many more!
Carlo Saraniti is also another member of staff I work with in property management dealing with any appliance problems tenants may have. He answers emails quickly and we work hard together to make sure any issues tenants may have are solved as quick as we possibly can without too much fuss. I enjoy working with Carlo and CBRE and hope we will be working together for a very long time!

I had a great experience looking for homes with CBRE. My agent Sophie in particular is wonderful. She was really responsive and helpful with my various questions. Especially since I just moved from overseas, I did not know a lot of the processes that are unique to the UK. The only complain I have is one of the vendor they used - Goodlord. But all in all, I would recommend CBRE!
