I hope not everyone has the same experience as myself and family.
From day one the complete lack of communication and transparency continued throughout my whole time.
Somethings we understand are out of their control but other things are inexcusable.
I would never recommend this agents to anyone i know and hope they have learned lessons.
Total miserable experience.

I have been a tenant with Charrison Davis for over 12 years. Over a decade later, I can say they’ve been professional and reliable and easy to deal with.
Any maintenance requests over the years were handled promptly, repairs were done quickly, and the contractors they used were respectful and professional.
They always treated me fairly and respected my rights as a long-term tenant.
Rent increases were reasonable and always properly explained.
Now that I am at the end of this tenancy, I couldn't have asked for a better Landlord/Agent.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Armstrong at Charrison Davis Hayes to sell our home and buy our forever home and we honestly couldn’t have done it without him. I never truly understood just how stressful selling and buying a home can be until we went through it ourselves, but Mark made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish.
As a family with three young children two of whom are autistic it was absolutely essential for us to have someone who was not only professional and experienced, but also compassionate and understanding. Mark was all of that and more. He went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s unique needs, always showing patience, empathy, and incredible attention to detail. He even considered the small things that would make a big difference for our son, who is severely autistic.
Mark also made a real effort to work around our schedules, including accommodating my husband who works night shifts. He arranged viewings and meetings at times that worked for us, which helped ease a lot of pressure and allowed us to focus on making the right decisions for our family.
No question was ever too small, and he never made us feel like a burden he was always at the other end of the phone, ready to explain, reassure, or guide us through each step.
Thanks to Mark Armstrong’s knowledge, dedication, and genuine care, we were able to sell our previous home and move into a place that truly feels like home. We are beyond grateful for everything he did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who is not only brilliant at what he does, but also incredibly kind and human in how he does it.

Staying at Arbor Court Harlington corner for over 6 years was really amazing felt like it was our sweet little home. Also services rendered to us for any issues we had during our stay with boiler, or heating etc was promptly resolved. Even now when we gave notice that we are moving our deposit was refunded quite swiftly without any hassles. II would definitely recommend renting with Charrison Davis as they are simply the best. Also Sam, Brian, Roman and Kate you guys really deserve 5 stars.??????????

Cherelle , Sydney and Fran are superstars! I think the team are very good value for money and put the personal touch on things. My mum moved house for the first time in 40+ years and this was a big thing for someone in their 80s but Cherelle was always available and proactive, Sydney and Fran very polite and professional. I think they present great value and would always recommend! Thanks Cherelle, really appreciate the great work!!!

Where can I start….. This is the worts Agencie ever to be in the market in Hayes area. Avoid at any cost shape or form.We suppose to rent a property in Hayes 18 Sycamore avenue we paid the initial deposit And and we had to give notice one month to the other place that we lived and we agreed with the agent and the landlady. When we approached on the last week that we had to move in this property and we made the full payment and we are ready to get the keys and the Saturday of that week. On Friday around midday we get phone call from the agent that we can’t move it to this property as there has been a leak which it was reported 3 weeks ago and it supposedly leaking from the 2nd Floor ( neighbours floor a council Houes) to the first floor toilet the floor that we supposed to move in. We all know that council don’t take 3 weeks to repair urgent leaks this was all games played by the agent and landlady as they had give the property to someone else instead know very well they will live a family with a kid on the streets which they did. We stayed 3 weeks in hotels until we find another place.We had to go through a lot of stress and pain. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone as it is a very bad experience. Please avoid this agency if you don’t want to be left on the streets.

Where can I start? A massive question... Not reliable nor professional Estate Agents... Lots of problems for a tenant... in order to resolve small or vital urgent issues and problems... It has been 4 months living in an accidental state of the property... The Director Brian of the Estate Agent is a very rude person and truly hard people to get through...

Not only he falsely advertised about helping the residents of Harmondsworth & Sipson to apply for the Hardship Scheme through the Heathrow Airport Authority, my case failed to get through after a year, and I suffer from a Mental Illness where my property is going through a split with my Ex Partner. Also I was always chasing him about this and the sale of my Property which has been on the Market since last September.
Failure to respond, I have all evidence on emails which I can not post on here but an official complaint has been sent to the Property Ombudsman. Unfortunately Brian is the Director at Charrison Davis. I don't know why.....

I went to see a house with one of their agents not to mention it! that moment when we saw the house we confirmed that we wanted it! He tells us that we had to give a deposit and that! and of which I would have no problem! 5 days passed and nothing sent me the information! It turns out that the boy calls me and tells me that his allegedly was already settled !! when you know it was not like that! I'm sure I came with a negotiation with another client! I find it bad taste and nothing professional !!! I would not recommend it for anything in the world!
incidentally, I went to the agency several times asking what had happened to the house and nothing that they had information about it !!
that was about two months! It is never too late to give my opinion! be serious people!

Trying to resolve the refund of my Deposit taking so far 3 weeks and still not completed after faulse promises, everytime i call in i get promised a call back which nobody ever does, and everytime i call to find out whats happening the agent is always 'busy' and will call me back. After explaining i need the deposit asap as i am relying on it to feed my family after moving to a new property seems like nobody cares, and still they delay it longer if only it was ME who owed them money im sure they won't eat or drink till they get it!
