Archie was assigned to our house sale through to completion. She delivered over and beyond her call of duty and even communicated any movement of the sale on her days off.

I went with Charrison Davis agency because he said that he could sell my house. He’s had lots of experience but actually in the three months that I was on the market I had one person who booked and cancel the booking 3 times. the communication was really bad from Charrison Davis. He kept pointing out that the house had no driveway and that why nobody was coming to look at it. My house is in a cul-de-sac with lots of offstreet parking instead of trying to sell it to them. He just kept trying to get me to lower my price so in the end I took my house off the market. I would never recommend them to anybody.
