Would give less if I could. Bunch of liers. Inquired about a property a few weeks ago to be told no not available. Two weeks later the property is still available and the ad has been changed. They only want US military in their properties so they can charge double the rent. Can't get any property within 15 miles of Brandon thanks to military. One bed places priced over one thousand a month. Complete joke of an agency.

I have had my property on the market for only 24 hours before Andrew Jameson notified me of not only a viewing but also an offer on my property ! I have found Andrew to be efficient ,professional, communicative and very approachable. When my first brochure was shown to me, it was lacking information, just photos. I was told that it would go live when i agreed, which I didn't. I therefore contacted Andrew who was able to present me with a well written, informative brochure, changing photos when i asked. It obviously worked to receive immediate responses from potential buyers and offers too. Andrew also conducted the viewings, giving all the answers that were asked after having an excellent knowledge of the area.
When another offer was made, just 3 days after the brochure went live, Andrew took the time to talk me through my options and gave me sound advice on the way forward and which offer to accept.
Andrew has also been able to give me advice on solicitors, as I live in Kent and therefore have no knowledge of local solicitors.
Andrew definitely deserves 10/10 from me. Thank you.

The house was not the best maintained (not due to Chilterns), but the agent reacted promptly to any requests I had, and I have a feeling they were advocating on my behalf towards the owner on several occasions. The handover at end of lease was a smooth experience and I found them - again - to be very reasonable. Overall I have been happy with the service provided.

Darren recently showed us a house and we were GREATLY IMPRESSED by him! We were blown away by how thorough and knowledgeable he was! And not just with the property he was showing, but with UK's whole letting process and all of its intricate moving parts. Even for US military requirements, etc.
He went above and beyond; taking the time to answer any and ALL questions... even explaining/showing some of the lesser known things specific to UK houses, systems, and he gave us tips about the area too... we were completely satisfied with our experience.

Highly recommend! I've been registered with many letting agencies for months trying to find a place suitable for a single occupant in Brandon (mostly houses and bungalows) without any success, until I registered with Chilterns Agency in mid January 2023, and shortly after, I received a phone call to arrange a viewing for a 1bedroom flat in beautiful cul-du-sac area and within my budget, unfortunately due to some concerns, the landlord went with another tenant.. However, Ms Emma from Chilterns took a sidenote for my searching criteria and contacted me 2 days after to show me an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with the same budget and 30 sq.meter more, in a more suitable location, which is now my Home =]. By far, this is the best, swift response to action I've ever received! I entirely recommend this agency and make sure to ask for Emma Harvey! She single handedly got me a place better than I was looking for and for the same amount. Timespan from registering to finding my new place is 5 business days.

I hate talking on the phone with the receptionists. It seems they always have an attitude, it makes dealing with this company a terrible experiance. I've been renting for almost three years and everytime I'm on the phone they have to say something disrespectful such as when I was paying rent with my card, "Why dont you have your rent setup like every other military member?" -Allison Or when I was on the phone running the water trying to see if the hot water works yet."You have to run the water longer then 3 seconds." (Clearly ran the water longer then 3 seconds.) Or "you dont remember that when you signed the lease agreement?" (2 years after the fact I signed it) I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Find a different letting agency, it will save you the headache.

Started renting a property 4 years ago. The move in process was fairly simple. Visiting from another country, I was not sure what to do with utilities. Chilterns had a list of companies that could supply all our utilities.
After move in, any problems were dealt with via Fixflow website. They were always dealt with quickly, when the landlord was easy to get ahold of.
Today I just cleared my move out inspection. They are very thorough to make sure the house is in the same condition that you received it. I only have to re-clean the windows and doors.
If I was a owner I would be happy to have them manage my property. As a renter, I'm happy that they also understand minor wear and tear is expected.
Would recommend Chilterns in Brandon to anyone looking to rent.

Firstly from Darren Savage, who was a pleasure to talk to, and ultimatly who made our minds to take the property, knowing we will be in safe hands. Whilst we was there, we needed a couple of things doing, got hold of Chilterns, and the very next day these items where sorted
Finally, after leaving, had the pleasure of being seen out by the Branch manager Yanis, and Sue Horrex, both of which was amazing to be around, kind, genuine people, who not only saw us out with plenty of laughs and jokes, but also assisted us in a couple of minor problems with the house that we sorted there and then
Couldnt have asked for a smoother ride, right from start to finish
