Very impressed with the professionalism of Lee from Ewe Move & the Ewe Move package.
This was the 5th home I have sold over the years so I wasn’t a novice. However the extra support & information that Ewe Move offer ( even prior to contract ) certainly makes the process easier.
The opportunity of a 24/7 contact is amazing as selling a home is stressful & I’ve not found this with other agents. To me , the no minimum contract shows they are confident of getting a sale rather than keeping you locked in for 5 months without options.

After having a viewing today, we can hands down say that Lee was by far the best agent we have interacted / worked with. His obvious extensive knowledge of the property, ability to answer questions, demeanour towards us and the sellers of the property, as well as his flexibility in the viewing and finding out additional information was incredible. Within hours of viewing the property all our additional questions, which he said he'd need to check had been answered, as well as calling to talk later into the evening. Lee understood the need to be flexible and work with his clients, as well as there needs and works to support this in an effective way.
Thank you for your help, and we would recommend him and his agency to anyone needing someone to work through selling/ buying a property.
Quick additional positive notes:
1. Pictures are accurate, and not misleading in terms of size of rooms.
2. Virtual tours are informative and actually help with the property and looking round online.
3. Accurately says if viewing is advised and is justified when doing so.
4. Appointments are flexible length and work with the buyer. He wants to be there, to help both parties. Not just another viewing.
5. Significant due diligence is done prior to viewings on the properties under him, he knows them, the sellers / buyers and the information of the property. And 100% gets you answers if he doesn't know on the spot.

Within half an hour of making an enquiry on Rightmove one Sunday evening, Lee had already replied with further information and asked for a convenient time to talk. I ended up viewing it 2 days later. It would've been earlier if I wanted to. I was given as much time as I needed (1 hour) to look around. Lee at no point was pushy or in a rush. I then scheduled another 2 viewings at very convenient times for me (Saturday and Sunday). Lee also gave tips on how to save money and seemed to know someone in every trade, which was useful, as the house had some work that needed doing, and he also communicated this with the seller so that we could come to an agreement very quickly.
Once I'd put my offer in, it was all accepted within an hour, and this was on a Sunday. It definitely wouldn't have happened so quickly if it was with another agent.
Lee was also very honest and upfront. I felt at ease during every viewing, and 100% recommend Lee.

We decided to take the premium conveyancing option, we were advised the searches etc were ready in roughly 1 week ready for our buyer and the forms were emailled out jyst as quick.
