Brilliant service from Nicki and Gemma on what turned out to be a very complex purchase in the end. The team were professional, responsive, they demonstrated their care and attention to detail for clients, and navigated a tricky and difficult situation with constant smiles. They were constantly in communication with my solicitor, my estate agents and everyone involved in the chain to try and progress things. I recognise how hard it is to deliver the business model Chosen Homes have set out, where the seller has the ability to pass all costs onto the buyer (or split them, or pay them) but Gemma and Nicki were both so balanced in the service they provided, and I am so grateful for this as I know it can’t have been easy! AVIOD AVOID AVOID The worst experience we have ever experienced these guys were selling my fathers property. Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .... Gemma number 1, was extremely proactive in helping me put my property on the market for maximum impact, it sold very quickly then Gemma C became my source of all information and support.
