What a great company! Claire came out to see me and my wife she was lovely, I can’t believe the house was on the market and within just one week of first contacting Chambers and sold in less than 48hours! All the girls from chambers are so so lovely. The lady that I had most contact with was Jamie, this lady could not do enough for me, she seriously went above and beyond. She helped me from start to finish on both properties that I sold. Nothing was ever too much, she even answered my calls evenings, weekends and on Sundays. Her calming words helped me when I was in panic mode, being extremely professional at all times. We used Chambers to sell our parents house who had passed away which was difficult for us as it was our childhood home. The team were sympathetic and went above and beyond to ensure we were ok. They were always at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us updated all the time and were continuously chasing up the process. We bought our current home from Chambers Estate & Lettings Agents. We were impressed with the lady we consequently dealt with the most, Jamie. When we came to selling our last home, whilst we had a few quotes, the obvious choice was Chambers.
Through the purchase of our current home and latterly the sale of our last property, Chambers have been exemplary in terms of constant updates when people came to view; through to the progress regarding the sale. We are more than happy with the service we have received from Chambers and felt we were important enough for them to care. Our dealings with a national company in the past were like chalk & cheese - just kids, no continuity and no personal touch.

Absolutely wonderful! Every staff member there is amazing. They are always on the end of the phone, always reply really quickly, always on your side, on top of things, they are just amazing people to have on your case. Every time I picked up the phone, I felt reassured after and calm. They handled everything is such a efficient time and handled everything with care. It was almost like they were handling their own move, that’s how much care and love went into their service. There were a few delays among the way with the land registry, but Chambers went above and beyond to support us and ensure the sale went through. Upon selling my house with Chambers Estate agents I couldnt have received a better service. As soon as my house was put on the market I received a number of calls to book viewings. Following the viewings offers were received and a sale agreed.
Throughout the entire process the team at Chambers were in constant contact keeping me informed as to where we were in the process. They made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone selling their property.

I viewed a property last week and filled out the relevant details for referncing . After not hearing from Chambers I contacted the referencing company whom informed me Chambers had not even sent anything to them.This morning I contacted the lettings department after chasing them all day yesterday only to be told the landlord had decided to go with another person. I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from Chambers. If there was already an application in process or the landlord did not agree I should not have been told to fill out the referncing paperwork as this has more than wasted my time!

Neither of us had ever sold a house, so we started out as anyone reasonably would by contacting a few agents. Claire and Leanne stood out head & shoulders above all - why? Because it’s not all about the sale, they cared. Don’t get me wrong the service was fantastic - kept in touch, regular updates, seamless conveyancing. All with a smile. Sadly our sale did not proceed , but as soon as we’re ready again the least of our worries will be knowing we are in the safe and very capable hands of Chambers.

Very poor customer service, what kind of letting agent do you need to chase to get an update of what's happening. We we're interested in a property viewed Tuesday. In which my partner had to chase for the applications and had to chase updates regarding what was happening. Maybe some of your other staff handle things differently but Sara was very poor at her job. We was told that the Landlord wanted to see us and was only interested in the two applicants, then told over a day later with no updates that the house had already been let to another. Maybe its a blessing, as I can't imagine what the service would be like if we were to have rented the house.

Despite my house sale falling through twice through no fault of there's they persisted to get me a sale over the line..while also keeping my eventual buyers very calm and informed whilst a small issue retention was held on the property
For a small amount I dealt with zoe aswell.. Also very professional and pleasant person to have guiding us
The pricing was very fair
And we also used Claires recommended solicitors who I couldn't be more happier with.. The fastest in the game by far..

Very disappointing! Booked to view a property & when arrived was advised by Sara that she had no keys to gain access as the previous tenant had forgotten to hand them in the previous day. So we waited very patiently whilst Sara drove to her house to see if they had been handed in there. She arrived back & informed us we would have to re-arrange a viewing & she’d be in touch that week. We never heard off her again. The annoying thing was my partner took time out of his shift at work to view the house & so he lost out on an hours pay for nothing! Being organised (With keys) would be a good idea in the future before agreeing to meet people & wasting their time.
