Claxton Bird were excellent. They weren't the ones to offer the highest valuation on our property, but the most realistic, which was important to us as we needed to sell fast.
From the beginning, they were very open and clear in their communication. The photography and online advertising were excellent.
We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property in NR2 and Norwich.

After an unfortunate experience with another Norwich agency when we contacted ClaxtonBird it felt like we were finally dealing with grownups. Honest guidance on pricing, good marketing and clear communication enabled us to sell our property within six weeks of listing. Highly recommended but please be aware of the permium price tag.

Fantastic service from ClaxtonBird - bought and sold through them and everything went smoothly thanks to their expertise. They managed my open house event really well and I ended up with a sale price well above expectations. Would not have achieved this with an online agent. I found all the staff courteous and knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone.
