First class service. Good information provided prior to each viewing about the prospective purchasers. Very fast and clear feedback after every viewing. Negotiation of offers received were dealt with quickly and with purchasers buying position explained clearly. Completion on a long chain took just under two months, having been kept in touch regularly.

Moving my elderly parents from Carmarthen to Bury St Edmunds was always going to be tough, made worse when my mother died, but through it all the team were amazing. Hazel became a point of contact for anything and everything , even down to offering to go out of her way and make sure my dad was OK if we needed it. From start to finish they provided a professional, but caring service to us. It felt like we were dealing with a family business. I cannot recommend the highly enough.

We can’t praise and thank the Clee team in Carmarthen enough for their professional and considerate manner in which they dealt with the sale of our home. Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

Great job on selling the house.
But, all the legal advice that I was given (unsolicited I might add) was completely wrong!
I have no idea why it was felt necessary to try to help me on the legal side but it was only unhelpful and I had to check each time with my solicitor (who confirmed that it was incorrect).
For example, the vendor does not have to have a boiler serviced before a sale ‘by law’; ditto a septic tank.
Why an unqualified person feels it's a good idea to give legal advice is beyond me.

Very poor service. I rang for a valuation on some land the first appointment I found out had been cancelled when I rang them on the day! Then I was told they could do it from the office if I sent them the land registry plan which I did. Yet I have never had a valuation even after I checked they had received my email ! Time wasters.
I rang J. Francis they came out the same week and valued the ground no problem.

Enquired about a home for sale near Carmarthen and was informed it has had a lot of interest already but we will put you on a waiting list to view it.
I've now been waiting 4 weeks, I've had no emails, texts or phone calls to inform me of when I can view the property.
Very poor service by these Estate Agents!

Delyth and leigh looked after the client well and made both processes easy which is particularly important for someone running their own business. I’d highly recommend them ????

Dreadful services provided in relation to letting a property. The guy used was absolutely useless, zero knowledge of the lettings process, and the importance of specific schedules required i.e. photographic schedule, schedule of condition, inventory. The member of staff has not left (or been thrown) - not surprised! But this does not take away the fact that we had to suffer the horrendous services of this person. I asked for photographs of all walls, floors, ceilings in every room, and external photographs of specific things - he took six photos in total, including the front elevation!! My partner received phone calls every day for the best part of 10 days as he had missed things, with the worst day resulting in 11 calls in one day! Very importantly, the contract was incorrect from what we specified (regarding animals), and we did not receive a copy of the contact until i asked about 6 weeks in to the tenancy!
