In a few words - Misleading urgency, poor handover, and unprofessional conduct. As a buyer, my experience with Morgan and Davies Carmarthen branch was disappointing from start to finish. I was pressured to exchange contracts urgently, only to discover through my solicitor that the sellers were not in a position to exchange until days later. This created unnecessary stress and felt disingenuous. On completion day, the sellers were required to vacate by 2?pm but did not leave until 10pm. While at the property, I phoned the agent to explain — with certainty — that the sellers would not be out by the time the contract had set out. Rather than engaging constructively, they hung up on me. No reasonable attempt was made to facilitate the key handover, and even now I am still missing keys, with no proactive follow?up from their side. Overall, I found the service unprofessional, lacking in transparency, and not aligned with the standards I would expect from a regulated estate agent.... Read more
