Very bad experience I viewed 3 to 4 properties with them but they are not letting us. Every time they giving a call and saying the landlord selected other tenants. Like what’s the point to let us view the property first. If they don’t want to rent the property to us .

We rented a property through Cluny Estate Agents in Elgin and had an excellent experience throughout our tenancy. Mr. Charlie Beck was very approachable and always available to help when we needed to communicate with the agents. The team is highly professional, conducting routine inspections at regular intervals to ensure the property is well-maintained. They also took care of arranging regular plumbing and gas safety checks, which gave us peace of mind. On one occasion when we had a leak, they quickly arranged for a plumber to come and fix it, ensuring minimal disruption. Overall, their prompt service and attention to detail made renting through Cluny a seamless and positive experience. Highly recommend!

I've had a very lovely experience with Cluny's, lovely saff, very friendly & helpful with questions & issues.
Fast replying to emails always happy to help however they can. My moving out process was a very pleasant one, i was given all the information i needed for leaving the property, everyone was very kind & helpful.
Cluny's will be my first choice if i were to rent a property again.

This is a friendly family based company. I have been well looked after as a tenant, and have no complaints whatsoever. Any problems that may arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The response from Cluny, and Mya and Roz in particular was absolutely exemplary. Came to view the property within 2 days, photographed the house and arranged the Home report a day later and had the property on the usual platforms within 2 days. They accompanied the prospective purchasers and sold the house within 3 days. Highly recommended without any reservations.
