Tasked with selling a property, we had numerous questions and concerns. Gary Allerton visited the house within a few days, guided us through every step of the property sales process and offered practical suggestions to make things easier for us. He helped us connect with local professionals for necessary repairs before listing and ensured everything met the conditions of sale. Booked a viewing with the intention of buying a house. Gordon showed me around the house and he was without a doubt the worst and most unprofessional estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Not so much as a hello, welcome or handshake at the door, he was disinterested throughout and whenever I asked so much as basic questions about the property, he stated he had no idea as he’d never visited before. Gordon told me he was with-holding my deposit because he believed I had made a complaint to the ombudsman after asking for their complaints policy. It took me less than 10 minutes on google to find factual evidence to counter Gordon's claims against me and a full return of my deposit was awarded with the ombudsman calling Gordon out for being obtuse and over dramatic e.g. a picture of dust on the carpet required a full clean of the property according to him - feedback was for Gordon to pick it up when inspecting the property and not be unprofessional. Gordon is joint-owner and does this for a living - yet could not be professional or courteous. When the owner was moving back from abroad - Gordon hand delivered my letter and said 'Ha, have you now - you're evicted'...I wasn't evicted, I was given notice that my tenancy was ending. Example of just 1 day/conversation of my tenancy with Gordon as the lead estate agent: Shouted down the phone that he would evict me in 24hrs for not signing a form they had forgotten to show and get me to sign. Insisted he had the power to evict me despite both of us knowing he was lying. Stated he had numerous emails on his pc of communications about the form, and my failure to respond. After visiting his office within the hour, Gordon was very impish. Advised he didn't know how to work emails when I asked to see his numerous 'sent' emails. Asked colleagues to take prospective clients out of the office so they did not hear the accusations I was repeating back to him and asking for clarification on his threats - Gordon simply would not answer as I questioned why he had made threats and if he knew he was lying/making illegal threats. Gordon/GPC is by far the worst estate agent(s) I have ever had and despite this being years ago, a prompt from Google asking me how my trip to GPC went has brought forth this response. I pity the staff working in this office. They were always friendly and civil during home inspections/if I had to pop into the office when Gordon wasnt there over the 2.5yrs. However, if they were in his presence they were either silent or just as abrasive. I pity students who are less rental savvy and would be intimidated with the bullying tactics employed by this office.... Read more

From the start to finish (which wasn't very long), the Team at Grampian Property Centre were first class. Helping and advising us along the way, their communication and marketing skills were second to none. Furthermore, their experience in the local housing field coupled with knowledge of current market forces meant they gave us invaluable advice. In addition, the marketing of the house through the media was excellent. I've never seen so many good, clear and informative photos of a property before or since. Vital for home buyers who live outside the local area. They also conducted virtual walk throughs.... Read more

I have just recently sold a property through Grampian Property Centre. They list on all the major websites (Eg Zoopla, Right Move etc...) whilst also having a prominent high street shop front. It was the local presence on the high street combined with the determination of the team to match a suitable buyer to the property that sold it in the end. All viewings were included in the sale fee including visits for retaking of photographs to improve the online marketing. I cannot thank the team enough and highly recommend their services for both buying and selling of property.... Read more
