I strongly advise any prospective buyers or sellers to avoid Coast and Country. We purchased a property marketed as a 5-bedroom home, only to discover it was actually a 3-bedroom house with a loft conversion. This level of dishonesty and the blatant misinterpretation of the property’s true layout has resulted in a substantial financial loss and an immense amount of stress. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a professional estate agency. Please exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere to avoid the same experience.

ALMOST bought a house from them but REALLY wanted to!
I was meant to write this review LAST YEAR but completely spaced on it!
I wanted to give Coast & Country, and in particular Callum our warmest recommendation!
We initially started our first home journey towards the end of 2023 and Callum was our point of contact for our very first viewing. As it happened, we hadn’t a clue what we were doing but Callum listened to our wants and needs and guided us through some next steps including solicitors and a mortgage advisor and pointed us in the direction of the most fantastic team ever.
Callum then found us our dream house and we were sold instantly, bought the house, but due to unfortunate circumstances, the house fell through and we were back to square one.
Callum did everything to find us an alternative property but we were completely crushed until we found our next dream house and I was gutted that it wasn’t with C&C as we only trusted Callum to sell us a house!
As perfectly as everything planned out for us in securing the house we always wanted, we really wish that it was listed with Coast & Country and will more than likely look to sell/buy through them before going anywhere else moving forward.
Somewhere else sold us the home we wanted in the end, but Callum sold us our dream and a team we needed for our first purchase and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he did! You have not seen the last of us, and we recommend you all to everyone we know looking to purchase! :-D

We have just moved to the area from Hampshire, Coast & Country were excellent. We had to see several houses in a short period of time. Tom and Callum showed us around a couple of properties, they were very professional, engaging and personable. Absolute leaps and bounds ahead of other agents who showed us properties. They were also very helpful in dealing with the offer and following stages.
During the later stages of the process, Karen was absolutely brilliant and supported us by helping manage all processes and elements. It would have taken us a lot longer and been a lot more stressful if it wasn’t her help and advice.

Cannot fault the service we were given. Coast and Country took on my flat after we had failed to sell it with other local estate agents. It was a very small sale, but they made us feel just as important as any other customer. When we got the pictures done of the flat, Callum was extremely thoughtful and took so much care in making the place look as good as possible and even came back on a different day to get the outside picture on a sunny day! We also purchased through C&C at the same time and the experience was just as outstanding. Any queries were quickly answered, and I didn't ever feel like I was being pushed aside or lied to like other estate agents in the past. I felt like the Callum, Tom and the rest of the team actually cared about our sale and purchase, and wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

In particular their internal communications are strong which meant that if we were dealing with different staff members it didn't matter as they all knew exactly what the latest situation was.
