Cameron Pinder - came out today to appraise our property. He was respectful, listened to our requirements, talked us through all of his research on our property overview, floor plan, EPC, comparable properties, house price statistics, conservation areas, council wards, listed buildings, what the area has to offer for potential purchasers in terms of location, schools, transport (national & local) and much more all in a very useful pack that each person viewing would receive. We decided to go with another estate agent, not because Cameron said or did anything we didn’t agree with but simply because what the other estate agents were offering were very similar as were their fees, the one we went with helped our son buy his property earlier in the year. We emailed Cameron after 22:30pm to advise we were going with another estate agent and he responded straight away with a very positive response to say we were in good hands with the one we had chosen and wished us luck with the sale plus advised that they would always be on hand to help should we need it! It is no wonder Simply Green has such a great reputation and reviews! Thank you Cameron.... Read more
