Cobourg, and the face behind it, Head Residence Manager doesn’t manage problems — manages optics. Repeated conversations, delays until issues go cold, and responses that make you question yourself rather than addressing what’s happening.
Add in the admin failures (keys/access, delays, paperwork quality) and you get a head manager that is quick to control small things but disappears when problems are raised. Until major change occurs I cannot recommend this at all.
