I had a very positive experience living at this property throughout my tenancy. The property was clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet, convenient area with good access to local amenities and public transport. It was a comfortable place to live, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. One person who deserves special recognition is Holly, the Head of Brand. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded with understanding and professionalism, which made the whole tenancy experience much easier. I also really appreciated how smoothly the move-out process was handled. I made sure to leave the property clean and in good condition, and my deposit was returned within a week of moving out. It was reassuring to see that the checkout process was fair and efficient, and that my efforts to look after the property were recognised. Cobourg, and the face behind it, Head Residence Manager doesn’t manage problems — manages optics. Repeated conversations, delays until issues go cold, and responses that make you question yourself rather than addressing what’s happening. Add in the admin failures (keys/access, delays, paperwork quality) and you get a head manager that is quick to control small things but disappears when problems are raised. Until major change occurs I cannot recommend this at all.... Read more
