I had a great experience working with Darams Sales and Lettings. The manager, Funsho Daramola, was incredibly professional and respectful throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference.

Terrible experience with this agency. They don’t respond to emails, take sides without evidence, and have no sense of fairness or responsibility. Completely unprofessional avoid them if you value fair treatment, honesty and proper management.

I'd had my property on the market for 2 years with one of the larger estate agents and very little interest being shown. After a meeting with Funsho and seeing his enthusiasm to market my property I decided to give him a shot at it. With his 0 week contract I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Between Funsho and Teodora they arranged an open day and created a 'buzz' about the property. We had a constant stream of people for most of the day and ended up with 3 offers on the table within 48 hours.
Each offer was assessed for its pro's and cons and the Darams team were in constant communication during the sale process. Needless to say I will be using Darams again next time to save me wasting anymore time and I can't recommend them enough.

it has been a pleasure to work alongside Funshow and his landlords to renovate their bathrooms and kitchens, The standard of the fittings that Funshow and his landlords are requesting are more superior to what usually goes into rented accommodation. Saw a propriety after messaging them, messaged a few days after about reserving it, they called me in the agency, there the guy continued talking on the phone on speaker for over 5minutes after I walked in to tell me after that it's too much effort for him to send me a contract over before paying anything.

If there was any negative rating I would have given that. I had called them a couple of times and emailed as well for renting out a room. Everytime time the response I got was that we will get back to you. It's been a month now and still nothing.

I was emotionally abused by one of the tenants I lived with (shared house) and I reached out to the agency for support and didn't find any at all. This was during lockdow. Things didn't improve so I had to leave at the end. The house and the location were great though.

Left numerous message yet no reply, made me complete a form in order proceed, then ignored my messages (collecting marketing data?) Contacted head office who sent two messages to the Coventry branch but again no reply. The office secretary kept addressing me by my surname for some reason.
Its 2021 - do we need to complete so many forms for a viewing. Glad other estate agents have moved with the times. I would avoid and use someone else.

Renting a property through Concentric Coventry. Were very helpful, guided me through the process, and dealt with minor issues well as they came up.
Repairs took a little while to be completed on initial snagging but were done. No complaints and the up front fees were less than a lot of cometitors.
Would definately rent through them again.

I have recently rented out my house through Concentric Lettings, Coventry which has been an incredibly smooth and painless process! The house was let within a few days, but most importantly, the communication from them has been great, and now that tenants are in place the team at Concentric have been super-proactive in dealing with any management issues and keeping me informed. I would certainly recommend speaking to them if you are renting out your house, or looking to rent somewhere yourself.

I Recently rented through Concentric and was very impressed with how professional i was treated throughout the process.
I had had viewed quite a few places though other bigger known estate agents and not got a good feeling from the younger folk who gave me viewings (from just plain not ringing you back for viewings to the sense of they couldn't be asked to be there showing around) I'm not saying that goes for all young people though.
Tony who showed me around was very accommodating and i got a good feeling from him.
I suppose i could have asked a couple of key questions when viewing the property and didn't as i forgot but that's just down to not renting for nearly ten years.
I know you have to pay for fees and there is no getting around it........but the inventory print out £75 made me chuckle. Everybody has to make money !
On the whole i would recommend Concentric Lettings.

Lisa and Tony made themselves readily available throughout the process of readying the property, sourcing appropriate tenants and then having them on-boarded. They have been pro-active with their communications and also scheduled weekly calls to discuss progress during the vacant period. They managed the sub contractors effectively and sourced acceptable quotes essentially removing a lot of the pain associated with being a remote Landlord.

We recently used the services of Concentric Lettings in renting of two properties. Lisa and Tony treated us and our inquiry, very professionally and made our life much easier. They've done the referencing and all the paperwork very quickly and their fees were the cheapest from all the agencies what we've tried before.
You can always rely on Lisa and Tony not just because they have the Concentric Lettings behind them, whith it's testimonials, but they are really good ambassadors for the company.

I am very pleased with the overall outcome of renting a room via Concentric Lettings. The service was good, but I do think they could of been a bit more informative with the progress of paperwork and arrangements. I entered satisfactory for quality which I believe is accurate as the room I am renting isn't anything special but it is a nice space to be in. I would definitely recommend Concentric to anyone who is looking to rent as they are in a very good price range and good benefits too!
