Ed and the team were very helpful. I am a prospective 1st time buyer, with little to no knowledge of the details of buying a house. Ed was able to explain all of my questions, tolerated my naivety, and explained the process with all the hidden costs.
Connells have a robust house checking system, and make sure they can get you the best price they can for a house.
What impressed me most is that the support still came even after i told them i wasn't in a place where i could buy a house now. They put me account on hold and are still there for advice regarding my rental situation. When im ready, I will be going back to them!

As buyers looking in the area, the Connells St Neots branch have been extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. In particular, Lesley has gone out of her way to identify appropriate properties, ensure a good viewing experience with openness to questions, and found time to accommodate our last minute extra viewing requests with help from Simon. Would wholeheartedly recommend this team - the only problem is that they have made such a good impression that choosing where to offer has become very difficult!

Time wasters. I viewed a property with Connells that was to then be auctioned with I am Sold. Despite being phoned every day from booking the viewing with houses that might be of interest (which weren't), they failed to phone the day after the viewing to tell me that the sellers had accepted an offer. Instead, I spent a lot of time researching, had to contact I am Sold and then had to contact Connells. If they were acting in the sellers interests, surely they'd tell all interested parties that the sellers were accepting offers. If they cared about buyers, they'd keep them informed. Really poor service

Early days yet, but in the course of getting a valuation on an old neglected house in a lovely rural setting, I chose Connells as their website seemed to welcome a non-standard property such as mine. Well I'm delighted I did as Tracy Sealey is genuinely interested and knowledgeable esp re getting the building's basic structure checked out; it's a mixture of building materials 'through the ages'.
