Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout.
Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since.
I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries.
I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s
o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

After an awful experience with an on line company , I looked around for an Estate Agent one could actually see face to face and found Connells to be welcoming , friendly and after asking them to act for us, very professional.<br>Polly came to value, Sarah always promptly answered any queries and Gary took over from there, supported by the girls.<br>Have to mention Doug in lettings whom I met initially as he was the deciding factor in choosing Connells.<br>Thank you all, so happy to be finally settled.

It has been lovely working with the Connells Team on our journey so far! Kuldip and Omar have been amazing at showing us properties and along with Anthony and Emma they have been easy to talk to on the phone answering the one million and one questions we have. Last but definitely not at all the least, Prabhdeep has offered us a very insightful view of what we can expect. He was able to put things into perspective for us and show us what our path forward would look like. We would not have made the decision to house hunt without his help. Their combined efforts have made this process less difficult and not as scary as we would have initially thought. We would strongly recommend working with them to find the perfect fit for you.
