Superb, every member of the team from the owner down had a real ‘can-do’ attitude.
They arranged a professional photographer to visit within 24 hours and the marketing was really polished.
No sale no fee, and they also worked out the cheapest locally!
Thoroughly recommended.

Everyone at cornish bricks habe been friendly and courteous.
Inter department communication could be improved upon as i was often asked the same questions or had told them when id be away and often others not aware.
Jane who valued my property amd Aiden who's kept me i formed along the way have been lovely

Great communication - always answered the phone or got back to me very quickly. Gave prompt feedback on each viewing. Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.

Excellent service & nice people to work with.
Had our property on with a different agent for 6 months & only had 3 viewings & no offers.
Changed to Cornish Bricks & had a viewing in 7 days & an offer the following day !!
By the end of that week, we had negotiated a SALE !!

Enthusiastic agent. The photographer was thorough. Photographs were excellent. The person doing the house plan did a great job. Listings on several portals resulted in an acceptable offer in less than two weeks. The firm Cornish Bricks suggested to do the conveyancing have been spot on with keeping us informed about progress with the sale.

Cornish Bricks are a breath of fresh air…a perfect combination of the traditional v online agency.
They use a professional photographer with a great write up to make your property stand out from the crowd. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with. And their fee was the best by miles. My only regret is that I hadn't used them sooner.
