We sold our flat through Coulters in 2026 and had a fantastic experience with the company, and everyone we engaged with in the valuation and selling teams. Coulters helped us get ready for the sale, arranging photography and sales brochures, which came out really well thanks to lots of guidance from their side. After we got our sales particulars ready, it took us a while to make the decision that we were ready to put our flat on the market, but Coulters put no pressure on us over that period of time, and instead continued to advise us and discuss our sales strategy, including when might be the optimal time to put our property on the market, so we can be in a position to buy a new property with a minimal chain/not having to rent in between. Our main contact at Coulters was Francesca Hill who supported us from the first time of reaching out to Coulters, up to the point of unpacking boxes in our new home. Francesca's advice throughout the whole process was truly invaluable, especially in the highly competitive property market in Edinburgh, and we appreciated how professional, experienced and constructive Francesca was. Selling/buying a new home is stressful, but doing it with someone like Francesca on the other end of a phone/email really makes a huge difference.... Read more

Very unprofessional in keeping their customers informed. Even after being second one to submit a formal note of interest for a property with a specific willingness to place an offer immediately, they advised my solicitor to wait for a closing date. Then they went ahead with getting an offer accepted by someone else without giving me a chance to place an offer or going to a closing date. If you are dealing with Coulters, please bear in mind that you may end up getting disappointed due to their partial behaviour. Hope they improve their service quality in this competitive market....
