We had a few local estate agents visit but Sian from CPS was the most personable and put us at ease. Viewings were done by Tiffany and communication regarding viewings and feedback was easy.

Great personalised experienced from CPS who treated us and our property with care and consideration. We were kept up to date through out and viewings where managed considerately; given how hard it can be keeping on top of the house to make sure its viewing ready. When we lost two sales due to buyers changing their minds CPS weren’t phased and kept right on bringing new prospects to the house. We couldn’t be more delighted with the service received from Angela in particular from beginning to end.

After going with another agent and being let down bigtime , we went with CPS , from start to finish they were excellent , firstly Sian came out to view the property and gave us the price we were happy with , then Scott called out and did an amazing video and photos of the property , the girls in the office were on hand to advise and answer any questions that were asked , can’t thank Angela & Chelsea high enough for their patience with us going through the proceeds of the sale . We would highly recommend anyone to go with CPS Albany road to anyone , very pleased

It was money for nothing really. The house sold on it's first viewing and was a first time buyer and a vacant property so most straightforward sale ever. So I don't feel it was good value at all. Also don't let them pass your details to a solicitor as they get paid a finder's fee that is passed on to you. Overall it felt like a huge amount of money for very little work.

I had high expectations from CPS Homes. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and promised to be the single point of contact throughout the process. Unfortunately, I lost the sale of the property due to lack of communication within CPS when two members of the sales team were absent, and also poor communication between the prospective buyer and a CPS employee who was not in the sales team.
