More expensive than other agents but we believed that they had a list of clients interested in buying a house like ours. Valued house higher than other agents but recommended testing the water with clients on books before marketing properly. After 2 weeks and with no interest from their clients they suggested launching it at a lower value. Promised a day of viewings but they only confirmed one. Handful of viewings over next month but no feedback unless we chased, despite promising at least a weekly update. Eventually an offer was received which we accepted but nothing further happened for two weeks. We then learned the buyer had pulled out. We gave Darlows a further couple of weeks then gave them the required months notice to withdraw from the market which created a couple more viewings but no offers. We were disappointed by the lack of customer service from such an established Estate Agent.... Read more

Particularly the way Lauren Keirle abd Sophie Peake handles matters concerning property maintenance.
