Alice listened and showed a home that was perfect for us. She had a fantastic understanding of the property and, over a period of time secured the house for us. 100% would recommended Curchods, a real change compared to the Dozens of other estate agents I dealt with when trying to find a new flat. Peter sent over the video of the flat within 1 day of asking as we couldn’t come and view it. Laura has been fantastic throughout with the move and documents. I recently sold my home in Thames Ditton using the Esher branch of Curchods. The whole team were really friendly from the start (without being at all 'hard sell' which I absolutely hate!) and incredibly professional and efficient throughout. The whole team came to view the property so that they were informed on it, and I felt everyone was really invested in getting in sold.
My property was not the most expensive/prestigious, but I always felt like they gave me their fullest service and attention - I never felt less important than the much more expensive they must have on their books!
They priced the property really well, and I had a really decent offer within a few days.
Sadly, I am moving out of the area, but I would absolutely use them again if I had the opportunity!

Oddly as a buyer I wouldn't expect to be writing a review for the sellers agent however curchods were fantastic. From start to finish they were easy to deal with and helpful. Ben was always available and was speedy in responses and Gilian was a delight on the viewings. Lisa then took over with the transaction management who again was easily contactable and was on hand for questions and discussions on progress. I would 100% recommend Curchods to anyone who's looking to sell or buy a property. They understand the area so well and know all about the different roads and the house prices in each road. They know who the market is for different types of houses and then they work diligently as a team, booking in qualified 1st and 2nd viewings. This was an invaluable additional service and Lisa did a really great job for us all.

During our years in Esher, we’d used many of the local agents at some stage (as tenants/landlords/buyers/sellers). We hadn’t gone with Curchods before, but instructed their sales team in autumn 2020 and immediately felt like we’d made the right decision. They were helpful, knowledgeable and gave realistic advice without being pushy. Though we didn’t get quite as much for our property as originally hoped, ultimately they found us a buyer quickly and stayed in regular touch to ensure a smooth transaction (no small feat during lockdown!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - and if we need an agent in the Esher area again, Curchods will be our first port of call.

We were very pleased by the service of Curchods in Esher. Initially we spoke to several agents regarding our sale; our choice turned out to be a good one.
From the first on-line posting to having three offers was 11 days, then offer to completion was 4 months. In all we had almost 20 viewings, including second visits. We were impressed by the interest they were able to generate and the efficiency with which they handled the viewings diary. They were sympathetic to us having to leave the house for each viewing (because of CV19), managing to bundle appointments together to minimise disruption.
Special shout out to Joe, whose valuation turned out to be just right; Marc, Gillian and NIcki who did a great job showing the house to potential purchasers and to Matt , backed up by Reece who worked hard once the offer was made to see the deal through to completion. All very personable and professional.

Straightforward, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, aren't the first words one would think that you'd associate with an estate agent... However, this is the best way I can describe working with Curchods in Esher.
Joe Dewar, the manager has developed a great team and has been a pleasure to work with from day one. They have provided an excellent service to facilitate the sale of our property, as well as provide advice/support on other related matters. I won't be at all surprised to find them winning awards in the future for the best estate agent in Esher.

Matt and Joe provided an efficient and effective service to us as sellers. Polite people, and always available, which is so important for reassurance in the process. We happily recommend their services.
One last point, they stayed on top of the parties involved, so we didn't have to chase up. Again reassuring us along the road to completion.

We bought through Curchods just last month and we were very impressed with them, especially Joe Dewar who was our main point of contact. We found him approachable, straight talking and honest.
