My mother and father in laws house was up for sale with a national company for many months with few viewings and zero feedback from the local branch of this estate agent.
It was decided to take it off the market and months later we instructed Sarah and her team at Danehurst to market the property.
Various friends and family had sold through Danehurst so we decided that even though Danehurst was not a local agent to us, we would give them the opportunity to try and sell the house.
Sarah and her team were very professional from the outset and travelled 2 hours to meet us and take professional photos and videos.
Within hours of the property going to market the interest flooded in! A viewing day was arranged swiftly with over 10 viewings. From these viewings we had 6 offers which was incredible. An offer was accepted and the sales process began.
Unfortunately, this sale fell through very close to the anticipated exchange date but Sarah immediately contacted the other clients who had placed offers and within 24 hours another buyer was found.
Sarah, Stuart and the Danehurst team have been excellent in communicating any information and answering any questions we had.
We can highly recommend Danehurst as an estate agent that goes above and beyond what all other agents provide.

The best thing I did when deciding to sell my house was to use Danehurst. They were recommended to me and I am so glad they were.

What can say! In a world where buying a house can be an awful experience, thankfully there is Sarah & the Danehurst team.
We moved to Dorset from London.
Sarah listened to what we were looking for (3 options, same day) & we bought one - that simple (+ that’s how brilliantly she listened to our requirements)
Then the process… From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of perfect. Keeping us up to date every hour through WhatsApp, even when there is no update (why more Estate Agents don’t use WhatsApp goodness knows) and making a stressful time, easy.
We truly feel like we’ve built a brilliant friendship on the journey (how far is that from the expected real estate journey, ey) and I know we wouldn’t be buying our dream home without Sarah, Stuart & the teams help!

If you think that all estate agents are the same then you’ve not tried Danehurst. Your service will be supportive, responsive and honest, you will experience a tenacious approach to selling your home and an ‘out of the box’ bespoke approach to finding the right buyer. Sarah worked really hard for us to turn opportunities into viewings and a sale. I witnessed the effort she put into forming relationships with her clients to understand their personal circumstances and what was important to them. Sarah is accessible at all times, in fact I think she would work 24/7 if needed! She takes the stress out of selling a house with all
the advice and guidance needed. In my case this was invaluable as I was away on holiday the week of completion and she managed the handover process for me with our buyers, reading meters and making sure all went smoothly. I have recommended Sarah to a number of friends already. If you want something different then Danehurst really is the place to go.

A couple of months later, after my mum had sadly passed away, I contacted Sarah to let her know I wanted her to handle the sale of the property. Once again, she was exceptional—not just as an estate agent, but as someone who took the time to explain everything with patience, zero pressure, and immense empathy.

Sarah, Stuart and the team at Danehurst are excellent. Danehurst's attention to detail, quality of photography/ video, clever and proactive marketing is exceptional. However, I believe what truly separates them from the big chains and other independents is the personalised, dedicated focus. Danehurst business model, enables them to invest the time necessary for each client. From initial photos/ videos, regularly updated & proactive marketing, matching the right buyers to the right property and then showing the property, the attention to detail is second to none. Whereas many agents do little more than escort buyers on viewings for 15/20 minutes, Sarah, engages the buyers fully and spends as much time as they need at the property, helping the buyer decide it is the right property for them. We had four viewings, each over an hour long, and received two separate offers in less than a week on the market. We had previously been on the market with another agent, on and off, for over a year. In my opinion the difference was the personalised dedication. Sarah was also exceptional at keeping in touch with buyer, seller and solicitors throughout the buying process. I thoroughly recommend Danehurst and they will be my agent of choice in the future.

The most incredible estate agents you've never heard of!! However, everyone I know now knows about them because you simply can't keep an outstanding experience to yourself ..... Danehurst doesn't work like the "normal" agents - they think outside the box - and from the very outset Sarah and Stuart created excitement about my property that was infectious even to me! Danehurst are undoubtedly the best Estate Agents I have used. Sarah understood the importance of the location of this property and made full use of digital technology to showcase these features. Danehurst’s requirement for potential viewers to have provided financial details meant that only serious buyers were able to view which then led to a full price sale within 18hours of being marketed.
We were kept fully informed of each and every stage by Sarah and Stuart, who also had excellent communications with the solicitors.

Sarah and Stewart are Danehurst Estate Agents but firstly they are Goldstar people. Extremely professional and caring. Completely safe hands to be buying a property through. They are action people and don’t offer empty promises. This mattered a lot to us. Its such an emotional journey buying property and their support and honesty was refreshing.
Their respectful and genuine desire to offer the best for both parties with sensitive situations was evident the whole way through.
Sarah supported my numerous requests to visit the property for measurements, etc. She did this with a friendly, gracious manner.
And her timekeeping is immaculate for visits. She kept me informed clearly the whole way and there was never a query she could not answer. She is a fount of information regarding anything housing.

I can’t thank Sarah and Stuart from Danehurst Estate Agents enough for selling my property. They’ve been really good to work with.
I moved from a previous estate agent having suffered the fallout from a few potential buyers, the first being an underhand property developer who strung me along for months, then tried a dirty trick to make me drop my price at exchange time, I was beginning to lose faith. I moved agents to Danehurst Estate Agents and was immediately impressed with Sarah's positive and professional approach which certainly helped me re-focus on selling, and got things back on track extremely quickly. Experience counts in this industry and Sarah and Stuart have certainly got plenty of it and that came across in all dealings with them. Selling a house is stressful, no surprises there I guess, but whenever I needed them, they were there for me.
My house is unique with direct access to Christchurch harbour and with evolving and newer more creative routes to market, Sarah blew me away with amazing drone footage promotion as well as social media marketing and it wasn’t long before she found the right buyer for me.

What can I say, Sarah and Stuart have gone above and beyond in assisting me with a recent house purchase. They could not have been more helpful. I haven't had the most positive of experiences when dealing with Estate Agents in the past, but my experience of Danehurst has been the complete polar opposite of this. I would happily instruct Danehurst as my agents in the future, and will continue to consider the opportunities which they send my way.

I used Sarah to sell my house and she was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for any better. Her knowledge and expertise were extensive and she got my house sold within 3 days of instruction. Sarah was informative and kept me up to date during the transaction and responded to my queries/concerns very quickly. I would highly recommend Sarah and her team - they do a fantastic job.

Excellent people, if one of their staff can't help you then they have someone in their team who can, all in one phone call. Their accurate and realistic valuation enabled us to sell the property almost at once unlike some other estate agents who give you inflated valuations just to get you on their books. Highly recommended.
