My husband & I were selling my Uncles home as a Power of Attorney sale.
My husband arranged for six estate agents to view the property in the same day (we live over 100 miles away) I briefly met Frankie on my way out who was friendly, smiled, great eye contact & gave a nice strong handshake…..in my experience so many men give a floppy handshake to women that I can’t stand!
After putting these agents through their paces my husband arranged for three of them to return to meet us both. My husband also told me out of all of them Frankie was the most prepared as he told us that the property was still registered in both my Uncle & Aunties name’s which I didn’t know. My Auntie died in 2010. Frankie was the ONLY agent to tell us this information - impressive preparation! This was vital to know up front as I was able find the death certificate ready for the solicitor.
On their next visit we met Cameron. We asked lots of questions which he answered without hesitation. Nothing phased him and all our questions were answered confidently. Cameron gave us his view of what were the strong selling points of the property and how it would be marketed.
Later on the journey home my husband asked who I thought we should use. Neither of us needed to think about it we both said DANIEL FRANK straight away! They shone well above the other the agents. Cameron came across as highly driven, hungry for the business, positive, motivated, enthusiastic, professional & above all an absolute passion for what he does! There was absolutely no question about who we would use.
The photos were taken super quick. We were able to give our opinion on the photos before the property was listed & it was on the market before we knew it! Cameron was true to his word & kept us regularly informed all the way from viewings booked, feedback given etc We were amazed when we got a sensible offer so quickly which was within the price range Cameron recommended.
Having sold properties before, once the offer is accepted this is usually where the agents sit back & their job is done but not with these guys they stayed with us every step of the way still keeping in regular contact with us, the buyers, the other agents in the chain, lenders & solicitors to get the sale to completion asap. In fact from putting it on the market mid August we completed 27th October!
These guys clearly communicate with their team as Jacqueline & Alex knew who we were when we called & the property we were calling about. Everyone was very friendly.
Daniel Frank were far from the cheapest quote but were worth every penny!

We all know how stressful the moving process can be, and in my case I seem to have had an extra load by not finding the right estate agent to market my property.
After an almost two-year struggle to sell through a multitude of local agents, two Daniel Frank sold signs appeared on the road where I live. Surely that's a sign I thought.
I visited the office in Loughton, where I grilled these three very helpful guys. They understood that I had not had the best of experiences and like me, informed me they would be honest and straightforward (I can hear your laughter!)
With nothing left to lose, I instructed Daniel Frank to market my home and both Frankie and Cameron came to appraise. I was completely blown away, not only by their professionalism and straightforwardness but also with their knowledge of both the current market and local residential sales in general.
The photographs and copy were the best of all the previous agents and true to their word, it wasn't long before viewings were booked in and a buyer found.
I can honestly say that Cameron has been an absolute legend, handholding and guiding me through the process, communicating daily with the buyer and solicitor and generally taking the pain out of the process.
I thank both Frankie and Jacqueline for their support and Alex with coffee making and generally being a very helpful go between, who followed through on everything that was needed.
How refreshing in this currently climate, where there is very little customer service and nobody seems to care, to deal with people who give a damn, care about you and your property and go above and beyond being proactive, helpful and bringing the sale to fruition.
Today I exchanged. I am absolutely over the moon and my confidence restored that there is a decent estate agent locally who really cares!!
If you genuinely want to sell your property and deal with consummate professionals, deal with Daniel Frank.

Personable? Like chatting to your most trusted friend, except this friend also happens to be a force of professionalism and expertise.
Every touchpoint was transparent, efficient, and delivered with a warmth and authenticity you just don’t see anymore. They didn’t just meet expectations, they obliterated them.

When I wanted to place my maisonette on sale I was absolutely overwhelmed by all the tasks that needed to be done. A lovely friend reommended Danel Frank.
Frankie appeared at my door to give me a valuaion with a beaming smile on his face. Fom then on the situatn seemed to be easier. He explaned everything professionally and patiently. as this is the first time Ir have sold a property and at my age it will definitely be my last
Franke moved lots and lots of items accumuòated over 43 yeas in the property los of clutter to provide better photographs. He did all that with cheefulness.
After the photoraphs apeared on their site Alex came on the scene. He came early in order to show prospective buyers my property. What can I say about Alex? He was at all times professional, approachable, patient, l helpfu always udating me on any events. I didn't feel alone. He was always reassurng. It felt like having a guardian angel at my side. The day he showed people my property and sad he thougt there was a buyer he said the property had "sold tself" but I beleve he was beng modest had he had much to do wth it.
At the end of an email or a conversaion it was lways "get in touch if you need help" get in touch if you need anything orvariatons on the theme. Like Alex Franke always said the same.
I had a great expeience with this company and I would most certainly recommed them.

Frankie and the team are excellent estate agents. They are very personable people but also straight up and honest. It would be hard to find an agent with better marketing of properties in the area - their photos and brochures are a cut above in my opinion and it makes all the difference. When we sold our house the communication was constant and Daniel Frank really went the extra mile to make sure everything went through smoothly. I rarely recommend people but would make an exception for Frankie. I knew him in his capacity as an agent before he set up his own place (he was also excellent back then) and I am pleased to see him doing so well, it is deserved.

Exceptional agency. Cameron, Frankie and the whole team in the office were ever so helpful, clear and most importantly responsive in a timely manner which isnt always the case in this industry. Always kept us informed and true to their word in how everything was handled. I really appreciated that they often showed that they had our best interests at heart even if it would have not benefitted their business. From viewings to negotiations all the way to post completion Cameron and Frankie have been on hand to help us even with the most minor queries. Would 100% use when it comes to sell the property (although hopefully this wont be any time soon).
