From start to finish his knowledge of the market and the process meant we were always informed and up to speed with what was happening. Steve went over and above always updating us, quite often ahead of our solicitors. Having him manage the sale gave us real peace of mind and we will most definitely be using Steve again and would recommend him and Lawlors to anyone looking to sell their home.
26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Recently agreed purchase of a property marketed by Woodbury. After experiencing many selling agents during our search, I must say this was among the most impressive. I can't begin to say how many times we got noone picking up the phone, no response to messages, whether by email or phone, even with multiple follow ups. Woodbury was different.<br><br>Even though no-one from the sales team was available when we called, the lady who worked in lettings was able to indicate a likely slot for a viewing. I then actually got a callback when promised! After the viewing there was good follow up, and excellent communication on the response to our offer as both our and the seller's positions evolved.<br><br>Overall great buying experience!

They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

The team handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out and we got more than the asking price for our property so obviously we were extremely pleased. I felt well supported at every stage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

13th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.
