I have been dealing with Davis & Sons as a Landlord for well over 10 years. I originally purchased my property through them. The sale went through without any hiccups. When it was time to rent out, they adhered to my request for tenants and I have been so lucky with who I've had in the property. They are faultless. If I need things done, they know who to contact and it's always a fair price. I gave them 5 stars as I don't have any reason not to. Davis&Sons, Caldicot, currently rent out the property I purchased with them. They know the local market well and give fair and realistic valuations. Usually have a good range of properties. Thorough vetting process for tenants and have experienced no issues receiving payments or problems with tenants. They handle everything and I just leave them to it! Have good tradesmen on file to oversee repairs at reasonable price. Would happily recommend to others.... Read more
