After contacting the Lettings manager to inform her that my house that one had bought outright in 2002 was not be be re let after my criminal brother and his wife wanted to let it out and pocket the rental income . After requiring both the two keys back . This manageress refused to hand them back just because my criminal brother ( Mr David Harper ) had illegally submitted his own name onto the land registry site as the legal owner along with my other two properties . . . After explaining this dilemma to this ignorant woman it then cost me £240 to get both the back and front doors locks changed as she refused to hand over the keys to my own property. . The bottom line of it is is that the manageress was hoping and really thought that she was going to set up a rental agreement and pocket the commission for herself and was totally miffed when I found out what was going on and called a halt to this illegal activity . Not to mention the fact that Peter Allan would have been charged with money laundering if my house had been rented out without my knowledge etc ? So I did them a big favour in bringing them up on this fact. . This particular estate agents are corrupt and one would not recommend them to anyone . ????

If I could give no stars I would happily, these people don't deserve a star, let me tell you all about the true ugly side of this letting agents and the landlords a extremely wealthy businessman shelim hussain & one of his daughters who are the landlords who own Euro Foods & Kuk'd, who also have rental properties & this is one of them which I have rented for over the last 8 years, but enough is enough.
I rent a property which is a one bedroomed flat in Anisa Mews Newport Gwent NP20 1JW on Talbot Lane Newport.
Over the last couple of years since this letting agents as taken over the lettings on my property I have been met with ignorance, bullying, neglect, incompetence and condescension with absolutely zero respect from people that quite clearly look down their noses at normal people who are working class.
This block of flats as 12 one bedroom flats & it is rodent infested & absolutely stinking with dead rodents in the walls & ceilings that affects multiple properties, I have this on plenty of emails from a woman who works for this letting agents called Bethany Lee who seems to be ignoring the laws of this land and country and is breaching many laws which I have also have records on email from as well as constant recordings of every verbal & every phone conversation I have ever had with them.
On Christmas eve my bedroom started smelling to the point it was sickening for anybody that entered the room, me & my 4 year old son shared that bedroom & he as just recovered from major surgery and unfortunately we have found two hard lumps on his testicle again, in December and Christmas eve we at to leave that room and open all the windows to the flat which means we were freezing, we could barely eat due to the stench and we are still at risk like the other people within the block of serious illnesses like salmonellosis & hantavirus from the gases & particles of dead rodents, these people ignored my calls, finally I went there & have records of my entire interaction with them from the start to leaving, completely unhelpful & nonchalant about the whole issue as all my telephone and in person interactions with these people are.
They are now claiming they can not remove the rat or their pest controller can't, what they mean is they won't as there is plenty of methods to do this a quick Google or use of ChatGPT will tell you how pest controllers do it to remove the health hazards, although the pest controller as also been recorded and he is blatantly saying the landlord won't pay for it as it will be to expensive, it would cost about £400-£600 they charge £800 a month for these dirty, rat infested, rubbish clad outside un-kept flats & they also use unqualified tradesmen with no cscs cards to carry out repairs which constantly leave the building more dishevelled each time.
My son as at to leave our home for his health thanks to this letting agents & this landlords lack of concern.
They completely ignore facts in emails & address emails with ABSOLUTELY NO consideration or acknowledgement of what you write to them even stating the law & facts & then get back to you with a emails that have nothing to do with anything you said to them, & on top of that they do nothing at all, but also on repeat write things like you have said or addressed in the previous emails even when you go over the emails you have not said them.
I will be posting this & getting my friends to post it also all over our social media platforms some with tens of thousands of local followers and with area, county, nation, country and global outreach.
Everybody & business will be tagged, named, shamed and also the emails, video recordings, voice recordings of every single person involved.
You left my child, my poorly severely unwell child to be no longer allowed in my home, you have caused health hazards, you have refused to fix anything from natural warehouse and tare, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I will give you 24 hours from this public review which is also screenshot and then you will be publicly exposed for this mistreatment of my child and myself.

Cannot give enough info to explain how brilliant Sarah has been, she called me to tell me there was a cottage available if I was still looking for somewhere, I told her I would be and she arranged a viewing within 24 hours and at that viewing she arranged another one for me to have all the options, told her I loved the first one and she immediately helped put everything through and has been incredibly helpful and answered every question I’ve had along the way. Process is not finished just yet but hoping for the best, much less stressful experience with her help!

My property was up for sale with Peter Allen Chepstow for 15 months. They were friendly with good empathy.
Several similar properties on another site (Just over the border in England were sold relatively quickly) They liked to adopt a strategy you can up date this or change that.
The outside of my property looks clean and tidy with no mess but they sold the property with rubbish and weeds.Although they did not sell my property, they did try to actively persuade people in the summer months. So while not being positive, I would not actively say don't try them to anybody.

Booked a market appraisal a week ago and an hour before it was due I get an email not a phone call but an email cancelling it. No detail or explanation as to why or potential reschedule just a cancellation.
Have tried several times now to call the office in Chepstow and just answering machine.
Dread to think that this would be the service people looking to view properties receive so I will not be looking to sell mine or purchase my next home through this particular agent.

Recently, We bought a house where Peter Alan were our buyers' estate agents. We initially viewed the house with Katie, who was exceptional. Katie did not make us feel rushed, answered all our question's and was generally a lovely person. After viewing many other house's we were really impressed with Katie. We went back several times before the purchase went through and Katie was always very flexible with dates and times. Katie even helped us to negotiate a price for some of the furniture, not to mention remained very calm when our 3 year old daughter locked herself in the toilet and we had to saw the door off.

After a very un satisfactory experience with a local estate agent. PA were recommended to us through a family friend. James and the team were outstanding. Positive, pro active and professional. After being on the market for 8 months with a different estate agency with no viewings James and the team had arranged 3 viewings in the first week and two offers. Once we accepted an offer they liaised with us on a weekly basis. There progression team constantly chasing solicitors and other agents for updates right up until the sale had been completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use James and his team in the future and highly recommend them .

We dealt with a lovely lady called Sarah. She was super accommodating and a very warm personality. Unfortunately the house we went for wasn’t sold by PA, but that’s not a measure against them. Sarah was super helpful and able to accommodate us around our work schedules.
She was really good at highlighting the positives of a property but she also listened to us about what we didn’t like.
Generally the whole PA team has been super helpful and it was just luck of draw which estate agent had the house we liked.

I am really happy with the service I have received from Adam Fall at Peter Allan, he was my sellers estate agent and was more helpful and responsive than my own estate agent.
I will always use Adams service if I ever needed to sale or purchase a property in the future.
Adam Communicated to all parties every day to ensure the sale progressed. He always answered the phone to me and would email me back straight away. He worked really hard making sure things went smoothly and moving quicker so that the sale went through on time, especially when I wasn’t being informed by my own solicitor or estate agent, I relied on Adam and he went above and beyond and I really hope his work is appreciated.

Had the property with another agent in Chepstow for a year and no sale. 2 weeks later they found a buyer at a price higher than the previous agents price. You can't get much better than that. Very helpful and available all the time. Ate all the chocolates I bought them before the buyer had completed on the property!!! Its true what they say about estate agents - they like chocolates!

After dealing with a not so good agent for 3 months with no offers and virtually no viewings we switched to Peter Alan.
We had all of our of offers through them and although we went through a roller coaster of having multiple buyers (due uncertain markets, non proceedable interest and COVID19 when we were selling the property) but the team at Peter Alan came through. They provided consistently great service, were quick to respond, kept in touch through the whole process, dealt with difficult people/situations and listened to our frustrations.

In stressful circumstances these guys were an amazing help throughout the process. Being the 'middle person' or 'messenger' is never easy, but they did it well. We pestered them for three separate visits to the house and many phone calls to chase up enquiries - they always interacted gracefully & professionally. Thanks to Ben, Izzie, Adam and especially James with his final sprint across Chepstow to hand over the keys!!
