I recently purchased a house through Delaneys Hornchurch and could not recommend the staff any more. The Sales Progression lady Donna is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable person i have come across. She ensured the whole process from the bottom of the chain to the top of the chain was kept informed which is very important and made the her clients and my self feel they was in completely safe hands. Donna is a very approachable person who will go above and beyond to try and do the best she can. Never experienced a management / letting agency that cannot manage a property in all my life. Doesn't inform utilities when you move out and won't give the name of the landlord so you can do it. Always a hidden charge somewhere. But the main insult is when you rent out a property it says dirty in the tenancy so you clean it before you leave and they try and charge for cleaning. AVOID... Do not rent from them! They threaten to gain entry using keys without tenants permission and to inform others of your financial standing when not even in rental arrears ! Have reported them so hopefully the Cowboys won't be around too much longer! Maybe try Andrews , Northwood or dwellings!... Read more
