I have a leak in my commercial property. I was just called “quite pathetic” (via email) by mr. Ajay Tohani for enquiring about the repairs of this leak for the third time (after my emails were being ignored for 4 working days).
This is not the first time I am being patronized by Mr. Tohani. Maybe I am being treated like this by him because I am a woman, or maybe because he is related to the landlord of the property I am leasing.
I hope the agency makes sure I never have to speak with him again.
Everyone else I dealt with at the agency were friendly, helpful, respectful and professional.

Former tenant of a property this company ‘manage’ AVOID
I strongly advise against using this company to manage your property. As a former tenant I found the company to be unresponsive and uncaring. Simple things like replacing a broken extractor fan took 2-3 months. We unfortunately had some issues within the property which we understand can take time to resolve, throughout the process Dobbin and Sullivan were unhelpful, slow to move things forward, did not provide updates when they promised and we were generally made to feel like a nuisance when calling- even when we had no use of our shower.
Please think twice about using this company, they are in my experience incompetent and lazy and do not care about the tenants in the properties they manage.

Disgusting service. Never got back to us without being reminded regarding issues with maintenance. Promised high delivered very low. Fobbing off seems to be their main attribute. Have never met such appalling service, despite the fact my job is dealing with service issues for a Company with hundreds of suppliers. Was never sure if their service was down to apathy, incompetence or simply laziness. highly highly recommend all avoid

I am disgusted. Very bad selling tactics.
I put in an offer for a property. It cost £50 to put in an offer. This is day light robbery. I believe 4 other individuals put in an offer for the same property. ONLY TO BE TOLD 2 WEEKS LATER THAT MY OFFER WAS NOT ACCEPTED. I LOST OUT ON £50 OF MY HARD EARNED CASH. Asked for a refund, no reply.
I feel that because they deal with council properties, they think it's okay to over charge for their services.
I welcome any feedback. Please comment below ant feedback. Or if you have been in a similar position.

I have contacted the company for commercial property. Agent Ajay Tohani insisted rudley that on viewing the premise on a certain date and time but he didn't show up and called half an hour later. I won't recommend this agency nor this agent to anyone

This agency goes above and beyond expectations with regards to service and level of commitment provided by the agents to make sure all parties are dealt with fairly and supporting you with finding exactly what you need. Chris the agent that dealt with my commercial lease was super attentive and wasted no time when making things a priority. Commercial leases can become a difficult process and the challenges I faced were all supported by Chris with the extra time and effort he put in to make sure things were moving in the interest of myself and not just the client. He handled being the middle man very well under a great amount of pressure with my case. I believe he will go a long way and wish the team a great deal of success in future. Trust these guys Nick , Chris and the team work well together which is the making of a great agency.
