What a great team. Estate agents often get a bad name, well it’s because people aren’t using Douglas and Dean in my opinion! My chain was far from straightforward with a few complications long the way, but Douglas and Dean were so helpful. I had 3 separate people view my property and every single one made an offer!

My wife and I would look no further than Douglas and Dean for our estate agency and letting requirements in North Devon, particularly the Woolacombe, Croyde, Mortehoe and Ilfracombe areas. The staff are warm, friendly, experienced, efficient and helpful. The benefit of Douglas and Dean over larger companies is that they are a small, family business and can therefore offer a more personal service than larger companies - and they really care about their clients and listen to their requirements.

I cannot recommend Douglas and Dean enough. They went over and above to get our house to completion with lots of complexities. At every hurdle they were there to support and they work so well as a team to get the job done. Never had any trouble getting in touch and was kept up-to-date at every stage. Do not hesitate to use them, service was so much better than the larger estate agents we have previously used.

If anybodies looking for an estate agent to buy or let, in north Devon, I couldn’t recommend Douglas and Dean highly enough! From the get go, they were super responsive and proactive, amazing communication keeping us in the loop on everything, and they were very accommodating to us. The team were amazing- shout out to Tracey and Nicola! What’s supposed to be a stressful time and procedure, finding and moving homes, was made easy, pleasant, and stress free due to these lovely ladies. It’s wonderful to deal with real people with personal touches- to top off all the wonderful service, we were welcomed into our new home with a thoughtful welcoming hamper ?? thank you!

Words cannot express how amazing these estate agents are! Especially Nicola and Tracey in lettings. The whole process from applying to view the rental to moving in was so smooth. Even 2 weeks before Christmas it was not stressful in the slightest. They are all so friendly and attentive, it makes all the difference. Nothing is too much trouble. As a landlord who does not live locally it is extremely important to me to use a letting agent who not only handles everything for me, but does so in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Nicola and her team have always been exceptionally helpful and dealt with any issues that have arisen in a way that has suited everyone. I have been using Douglas and Dean for many years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to people I know. The service provided is ultra friendly, very accommodating and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I would give more than 5 starts if I could.
