1 year on from my move, generally I used to feel estate agents earn money for nothing, but OMG that is not the case for those guys, our sale went through so many ups and downs and nearly fails and Edge Goodrich kept it together that the deal happened. I have change my mind and will always now pay for an agent that actually cares as it's the only way to get a deal through the door. Thanks guys :)... Read more

An excellent personalised service. Matt and his team looked after us when our first sale ended abruptly on exchange day for no apparent reason. They found us another buyer very quickly and hand held this sale through to completion. Throughout the whole experience they treated us as valued friends and looked after us throughout. They are not driven by sales targets but maintain high moral standards in a difficult industry. We thoroughly recommend them.... Read more

Unfortunately I am tied into a contract but disappointed with the service. We expected more from a small independent agent. No estate agent should accept an offer from the seller, tell the buyer the offer was accepted to then inform the buyer the next morning a higher offer was put in and they need to submit sealed bids the next working day without the seller knowing anything!!!! But fully aware the buyer and seller would be meeting that morning which then caused embarrassment and awkwardness! But apparently that was the sellers fault as they decided to do their own viewings. Poor customer service with little empathy. I do not think I am mistaken in thinking the agent acts on behalf of the seller and they should have been the first person they contacted when another offer was put in to ask how they wish to move forward....
