Elliott Booth have been brilliant with me since day one. They took over managing my property 12 months ago after they bought Central Property Management. At the time I had a tenant in who refused to leave despite me wanting to sell the property. I'd be trying for a year to remove the tenant but with now joy. Elliott Booth helped me finally remove the tenant from the property and then found a buyer within a week of them leaving. The sale completed this week. I need to say a huge thank you Jack Ryder who helped with the tenant and found the buyer. He's been immense and supportive the last 12 months. Jamie has also been excellent in pushing the sale through. I would recommend Elliott Booth to anyone looking to sell their house or wanting a company to manage a property.

We found our new home with Jamie Elliott. Truely we struggled with the purchase for four and a half month and we lost our all hope before we finally got our keys. But the most important in the full process nobody else didn't take care of us but Jamie. Always answered our call, or called back in a few minutes. From the very first viewing , negotiating with the seller, letting us know what happens next to collecting the keys almost four months later Jamie and his team were fantastic, we had multiple viewings going back even after our offer had been accepted just to do measure ups etc and it was never too much trouble . An application of mine was rejected because there referencing agents failed to pick up 2 emails I sent subsequently I lost out on my dream house because of someone else's mistake Elliot booth did nothing to resolve the problem however they did return all fees but that was little comfort the staff are ok but should understand how extremely stressful it can be for people that this is a life changing event and all decisions made massively impact people's lives more care and understanding needs to be taken
