I recently decided to buy a bungalow in Wales. I did not know the area but was lucky enough to find an estate agent who listened to me and took notice is what I wanted. Sam helped me to view a number of properties and found my ideal home. She was extremely helpful especially as I had a long difficult journey trying to get to Abergele. I was never pressurised which was nice. I found the whole experience relaxing and am looking forward to finally getting into my new home. We listed our property with Elwy Estates and it sold after the first viewing with Sam. A month later, the buyers pulled out, stating a change in their circumstances and Sam contacted us to say we had another interested buyer. We sold again immediately and Sam was lovely throughout. Not only did Sam liaise with our buyers regarding which items they would like us to leave but she also sorted out more practical aspects of the move, such as boiler servicing etc. She is a lovely lady and very natural and that definitely helped secure the sale. They did the viewing for us and were so articulate to highlight the positives of our house. They stay in contact with us through. One of the best estate agencies out there! As a young professional, moving out and renting for the first time, there were a lot of uncertainties I had, but Elwy has always been extremely supportive and approachable whenever I needed help. Always replied to phone calls and emails promptly and welcomed me with a smile. As a full-time working professional, sometimes it was difficult to arrange a time for inspections and other maintenance visits, but Elwy always tried to work around my schedule, and fit in appointments when most convenient to me. They also supported me during my husband's visa application and provided all the documents we asked for with no delays. We are extremely grateful for all your help and support!

I have been a tenant of Elwy Estates for over 10years and whilst the previous management team was great, since Marti and Lee took over I can only say that the service and support I have received is fabulous. Nothing is any trouble and all enquiries or issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. They engage with me in a fair manner, in the respect of appointments wether that be for maintenance or inspections, allowing a decent time frame to get myself organised. I am also lucky enough to be in the position now to be selling and buying a property both being with Elwy Estates as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the process. So I can actually vouch in all aspects of the business that Marti, Lee, Katy-Marie and Samantha have such high standards and it’s been amazing to watch them grow as a successful business.
Their banter is also top notch :)

I've not had the best experiences with estate agents in the past. Recent viewings have been "forgotten" or the person showing us around has seemed disinterested. What a breath of fresh air Sam at Elwy has been! Knowledgeable, communicative and so friendly - dealing with her for the purchase of my first home has been wonderful and I feel like I'm in really good hands.
