Almost no communication from start to finish and had to be chased at for any type of feedback. Completely over valued the property to get it on with them and then got just 3 viewings in over 4 months. I had to suggest reviewing the price before eventually lowering it. Always felt like they had too many properties on and just could not provide even a basic level of service. If you want to sell, try someone else... Read more

I would not recommend Beresford Adams. They only contacted me twice in 16 weeks. We had no viewings. They said the market was slow and we not in a hurry to sell. Now we have to wait another 14 days for them to do a final notice. What is that? Before we can to another estate agent.no... Read more
