Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Bought a house in Crosland Hill September 2023 which was sold by Martin at Ewemove. From the outset Martin was great, he made time to meet us at short notice and out of hours. He didn't try to oversell the property and was very genuine and honest. He wanted a fair deal for both his client and myself as the buyer.
Unlike other estate agents Martin works very fast and does a great job to get the deal over the line, no shady business practices here, all open and honest. Unlike many other big estate agents who take days getting back to you Martin works very fast and is easy to approach.
Martin gives you his personal mobile number so communication is very quick, no delays. If your selling a house i wouldn't hesitate in using Martin at Ewemove as your estate agent. You wont be disappointed. Stay away from the big high street estate agents, they will tie you into a 6 month contract and then won't care if your house sells or not.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin at Ewemove to sell your home. From the outset, he listened to our needs, walked us through his service and met every expectation we had.
What we liked in particular was the personal service he would provide, completing viewings when we weren’t able to, being totally contactable with quick messages or calls with updates.
He acted as a brilliant liaison between all parties and was always across everything, knowing what stage we were at what was happening next.
The fact it is his business makes a real difference in our opinion as he goes out of his way to keep on top of everything. In the very early days he gave us online stats for hits and views to help reassure us of progress being made. He was proactive speaking to those who had viewed to capture feedback and follow up where necessary.
All in all, Martin really helped make the whole process less stressful, just knowing he was at the end of the phone to talk it through was a huge benefit.
He knows the local area, the market and this helps him give the best advice.
Would certainly highly recommend to all for fantastic service and delivery of all commitments made.

We contacted EweMove after being let down by another estate agent. We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted.
We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away.
Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble.
We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know.

My message to the conveyancing world... "Be more Martin"...
From the minute Matin came to value my home I knew I wanted to start what was a very big step for me with his business.
He was straight talking, valued the house fairly, gave advice on how to best market it visually and was clear on what he'd do and when. In fact he was certain he'd sell my home in a weekend and he did.
When the purchase of my ongoing property fell through Martin not only managed the comms with my buyer but he supported and reassured me when everyone else seemed to be turning up the pressure for their own gains. Martin managed my buyers expectations to give me the breathing space to find a new property.
When we hit further hurdles with my buyers solicitors going out of business just as we'd confirmed completion dates. Martin once again stepped in sourcing my buyers a new solicitor and managing the relationships to process the sale with only a one day delay to the previously agreed completion date. Furthermore when everyone else around was saying what couldn't be done Martin was in the background trying to find a way, even messaging out of hours to respond to my questions. Turning the sale in such a short timeframe felt like a miracle.
On moving day I got a good morning and good luck text, with clear and ongoing comms over the day about keys and handover times.
I could not recommend Martin, his team and Ewe Move Colne Valley more. They provided a personal and "can do" service from the moment I engaged with their website for a valuation to the completion of the sale.

Ewe Move were fantastic from start to finish. Handled everything really well. Great knowledge of what price to pitch the house at and managed to give us updates after viewings that included clear insights of what the viewer thought and their buying position. Somehow managed to finish each viewing with an offer or at least a promise of an offer.
Ewe Move also chased up the estate agent for the house we were buying to find out what the situation was for the people selling and kept tabs on that and updated us.

DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY! Absolutely the worse estate agency ever. Martin will act all friendly with you when you want to rent with them and tbh even when we wanted to exit the tenancy agreement early he was helpful. But once we moved he tried to get money out of us from holes in the walls we made- which we had already fixed! Saying it wasn’t perfect when of course it’s not going to be exactly how it was! He then charged us £150 to fix them - we returned to speak to the new tennant to warn them about putting things up on the walls, we asked if he had fixed the wall and he hadn’t! HE LIED TO GET MONEY OUT OF US. Do not trust them
