I didn't think I would be writing a review like this about an estate agent but here I go. Expose, especially Azra, have been absolutely AMAZING to work with. Azra and Graham really looked after us and worked really hard to make our sale happen as smoothly as possible. We had some challenges which they dealt with professionally and fairly. The communication was great, Azra kept on top of things in a way I wasn't expecting and the whole experience with Expose has just been brilliant, I cannot recommend them enough. If we ever sell or buy again I would most definitely be coming back to them. Great experience.

We sold our house through Expose over the summer 2025. From the first meeting, Graham outlined a clear strategy, supported by underlying data, and we were onboard from day 1. We signed up to the Nova Package which included the Propelr solicotor set up - the package removed a lot of the stresspoints currently in the selling process in England, making it as transparent for all parties as possible and ensuring, that, should a sale fall through, the package was transferable minimising time lost. As we were moving country with a defined deadline, we wanted to reduce as much stress and unknowns from the equation. What can we say, except the strategy and package worked. Importantly the Graham, Azra and Andrew were great, approachable and always ensured that there was clear communication throughout. And the solicitor set up also worked.

Buying our first home with Expose was such a positive experience that, at first, it felt too good to be true!
After around a year of searching and lots of estate agents we were worn down! But immediately when Azra showed us around the flat for the first time, we were met with refreshing honesty and attentiveness to our needs. From there, Andrew was our personable and ever-reliable guide through the purchase process, explaining steps clearly and liaising with everyone from the sellers to the grounds maintenance team to make sure we had the information we needed through exchange.
Expose is really setting a new standard for estate agents. For the first time, we felt like we were being prioritised as much as the sellers, and everything was communicated in a fully transparent and timely manner.

I've bought my very first flat last year (Oct 2024) through Expose, with Graham's and Azra's help, and I had an extremely positive experience.
First of all, through my constant search ALL over south London during the summer, I've dealt with all the major high-street estate agents offices and been deeply disappointed with all of them (people not having a clue about the flat they're showing, not able to answer any questions, hard upsell, misinformation and not respecting my upper budget and asking me to offer more etc.).
With Expose everything was different. Azra was communicative and knowledgable in showing me the flat and the area, answering all my questions. Graham helped me with other concerns I had around the property and talked through the history of the property with transparency. They also recommended me some solicitors (Taylor Rose, 5*!) that had experience with the area and the type of my property, which were also recommended by my mortgage advisor. You can imagine the stress of buying your first property, but I felt supported by both of them with excellent communication and regular updates. We managed to complete in 8 weeks from the moment I put my offer! Isn't this some kind of record?!
As to the negative reviews that say about the small time-window viewings only on a Saturday (open day) and the 2nd viewing on Monday: yes it's unorthodox (compared to other agencies), yes I also found it bizarre at first, but guess what? It bloody works so well! It helps sort through the truly interested people, puts structure between the offer-review-decision from the sellers, it's fair to all parties participating, it helps the sellers (imagine constantly having people in and out of your property) and you don't get to wait ages to hear back or to find out what happened. As to the comment that mentioned 'they encourage bidding wars', I'd say find a price you're comfortable with, find a property that you really like, put your best case forward and that's all you can do (I didnt feel that Expose was encouraging me to offer more, not once!). I offered the asking price, no games, and the sellers accepted me (despite having other similar offers).
All in all, in a deeply horrendous industry, with very little regulation, I'd recommend Expose and its people for their ethos, communication and knowledge.Thank you, Graham and Azra!

We had a fantastic experience selling our flat with Expose. Their marketing materials were excellent and really showed our property in the best light. They also advised a spot-on pricing strategy, we accepted an offer within just 10 days.
Their open house approach meant we only needed two days of viewings, which made a huge difference for us as a young family, keeping disruption to a minimum.
After the offers came in, Azra was outstanding. She stayed in regular contact, kept us fully updated throughout the process, and was always on hand to help navigate anything that came up.

Do not trust.
We discovered the property we were trying to buy was mis-advertised by Expose, they constantly put down our solicitor and tried to make it seem like something we had to get sorted and was a non-issue. They gave advice that at some points was just untrue entirely! And to top it all off, after we pulled out, they put the place back on the market with the same misinformation in the description.

I recently used Expose to sell my property in Crystal Palace. When I started to think about selling up, I knew I did not want to use one of the big chains and could not be happier with the service I received. Graham visited me last year for an initial discussion and with no hard sell talked me through his background, why he set up Expose, his initial valuation and how they would market and sell my property.
Seven months later, once I was ready to sell, the process was stress free. The photography, walk through video and detailed floor plan were all extremely high quality and stylish, and the marketing write up excellent. Azra managed the open day and second viewings, and I received an offer within a couple of days. I was kept up to date throughout the process via WhatsApp and through the excellent app they use.
I highly recommend Expose and am extremely glad I used them for my sale.

Having lived in London for 25 years, we’ve bought and sold a few properties, undoubtedly this means we’ve experienced the lows and lows of estate agencies with the typical Foxtons, KFH and smaller chains, so this recommendation comes from someone that has genuinely tried the lot and always been underwhelmed and in some cases shocked at such poor customer experiences etc.
Late summer 2024 this was to all change when I popped in to see Graham at Expose Property. Initially there to ask for some impartial advice on his recommendations of any work we could do to our house, in advance of selling it the following summer (2025).
Imagine my delight when meeting Graham I discovered he wasn’t a shiny suit wearing, Mini driver! After booking an appointment, it was clear that Graham and Expose was the real deal, a genuine professional who’s advise was carved from 20 years plus of experience in our area. Chatting to Graham is akin to chatting to your favourite Neighbor, a really easy flowing conversation but with the added benefit of hearing local market insights and the best advise possible to sell your house.
At this stage Graham even recommended we do some summer garden photos so when we list the house in March, the garden photos do it the justice it deserves…Genius!
Fast forward to 2025, the experience we’ve had with Graham and Azra has been very incredibly positive. We’ve been guided through step by step, consulted, listened to and prepared like never before.
The photos produced were incredible, with a full virtual walk through possible. The App that they use was so easy to use and track what was happening.
We had a what’s app group set up, so we could ask any questions, and would get a super quick response.
Graham told us the day we’d do a block of viewings, and the day of the 2nd viewings. Over 20 all on one day made life so easy, all vetted buyers with full visibility of each one, their situation etc. We knew the situation of each of the 2nd viewings buyers, any chains etc, and this really helped our decision when accepting one of the multiple offers we received over asking price.
Azra managed all the viewings, and again was such a lovely, calm and engaging person.
The whole experience with Expose has been a dream throughout, no unexpected surprises, no cowboy stuff, the most credible and knowledgeable team of estate agents I’ve ever used.
If you’re thinking about using one of the big high street estate agents, don’t!
I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

They are super efficient and there is no messing around. The absolute best local agents and I've bought and sold with a fair few over the years! Graham and Azra made things stress-free at each stage and that was despite plenty of complications (none of which were their fault).
The beautiful photography, detail and care taken over the listing, knowledge of when to advertise on property portals, and their open day model, meant I had viewings and offers within a week. The open day also meant I only had to stage the house the once rather than worrying a viewing would spring up when I'd left the house in a state.
When the survey highlighted a few issues, they were able to advise on how best to proceed and recommend reliable and competent tradespeople for further investigation/quotes, so my buyer had confidence and full transparency on the issues. In contrast, I was buying through one of the local well-known chain agents and they were absolutely hopeless at this stage of my purchase.
Communication was excellent - Azra was always available when I had questions (not avoiding my calls like other local agents in the past) although it was rare I ever had to make the first move as she was so brilliant at updating me. She brought together solicitors from both sides to keep things moving along and performed miracles at the final stages to get me exchanged. I can't recommend Expose enough.

I recently bought first-time with Graham and Azra at Expose and I can totally recommend them. They are a small, local agent who seem to really care about the area and providing a friendly, honest, considerate and professional service.
They marketed the property extremely well (there were a number of very similar flats on the market from different agents, and Expose's listing was just far better and more beautifully documented than any of the others).
The process of viewing and making an offer was really efficient and communicative and this continued throughout the process. It wasn't all plain sailing with the property itself however Graham managed the inevitable issues really well, Expose really did their upmost to ensure a quick and smooth sale which suited all parties and really shows the benefit of using a great agent. I'll be strongly considering using them if and when I sell in the future!

As a seller, initially things were fine. However, as soon as an offer was put in and accepted by us, the experience with Expose turned quite sour. We continually felt that Expose were working for the buyer and representing their interests at all times and not representing the seller at all. Communication was particularly poor. I had to continually chase for information which should have been passed to me as a matter of course. We allowed Third party surveys to be carried out by the buyers. Very little feedback was obtained from these and on one occasion an illegal gas disconnection was performed without informing us-the property owners! A hugely disappointing experience. Even the final completion process was cocked up and yet again no communication from Expose.

Our offer was accepted in late November, conditional on us completing before Christmas. Graham pushed for this because that was what his vendor wanted. Although we were happy to move then in theory, nobody else we spoke to thought there was any chance at all it would happen by then. BUT, honestly, Graham was amazing. Graham did not disappoint. The photographs of the flat looked fantastic, way exceeding those produced by competitors. The interactive tour really gave an accurate and representative view of the flat too.
Graham communicated well throughout, and managed our expectations in a realistic and fair way. Highlighting some of the unrealistic house prices some of his competitors make (we had one or two estimates ~£100k higher than his , unfortunately these were incredibly unrealistic).
When it came to the open day, we had already a dozen viewings booked, which ultimately led to multiple offers being made on the property. Graham helped identify buyers that he felt were best placed and most excited by the flat, negotiating for them to increase their offer slightly to be competitive.
The end result is that within 8 days of placing our flat on the market, we've accepted an offer and are happy that we've got a fair price. Given the current economic situation, this is exceptional and we're very pleased with the results. I imagine that the buyers are just as happy.
We're yet to complete the sale, but I'll update once we have. I'm sure we'll have more positives to say.

Graham is an example of an Estate Agent who gets it right and proves there are professionals in the industry who care about all aspects of a sale, not just securing a deal as quickly as possible.
His strategy is tested and proved, giving an accurate representation of the ever-changing property market. I had some questions and concerns, as it was so different to what I was perceiving the market to be when looking at places like Rightmove and Zoopla. However, Graham spent a lot of time (outside of core hours may I add) putting our minds at ease by sharing up-to-date data on how the market was reacting and how this interacted with the chosen sales strategy.
The concerns couldn’t have been more wrong…we had more viewings than I can count on two hands within a week, and had accepted an offer 8 days after going to market!
It’s also really nice to see the relationship he has with the prospective buyers and the obvious care that’s given to their needs, as well as ours!

Graham from Expose is communicative, professional, helpful and engaged. We had a great experience buying our first home with him. He allowed us plenty of time to view the property and we felt like we had his full attention throughout the viewing, without feeling pressured or rushed. We felt that the agents weren't taking our viewing seriously. It came off as if they perceived us as not serious buyers. No questions about us were asked. They seemed disinterested and cold, like trying to get us out of the door as soon as possible. They seemed to judge us based on our age, as they seemed perfectly friendly and charming to other viewers that came after us. Terrible experience and put a real dampener on our viewing. It's a shame, as we liked the property. Will not be using Expose again.

We were in fact let in over 5 minutes late and you did not mention the viewing was only available for a 15 minute slot. Your response reflects your lack of professionalism and it's really disappointing to see. We did not keep anyone waiting and in fact you were on your phone the entire time during our viewing, barely taking a moment to look at us when we asked questions, whilst your colleague stared at us like a stone and stood around like your bodyguard. I advise you take some time to reflect on your response and the way you conduct business. Extremely unprofessional.

This comment is utter fabrication. Your system is that customers have to hand over all personal details o n WhatsApp before anything is done at all. I simply wished to make a viewing to se one property, not answer lots of questions whereby all my personal info is then put on your database. As for 'tolerating necessary aggression', I think you'll find are the one guilty of this. Unless I gave you all my personal info, you very arrogantly said that you "dont think you want to show me the property". Ive been in touch with many estate agents, most are very pleasant - its the first experience Ive had like this. Customers - avoid this company, unless you want to tolerate arrogant and abusive comments (or at least avoid this staff member).

As a FTB, his guidance throughout the process was invaluable and helped steer past challenges of a really bad solicitor to end up completing in around just three months. Being able to talk to him over WhatsApp and get rapid responses helps put your mind at ease when there are any bumps along the road.

We recently sold our Penge flat with Expose and genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Having got one of Expose’s flyers through the post telling us about the success they’d had on a flat near us on Jasmine grove, we used the QR code and whatsapp functionality to get in touch directly (which was ridiculously easy), got a super prompt reply and met up with Graham the next day.
Graham was a real breath of fresh air and he immediately put at ease by his open, candid and pleasant approach. The valuation at our flat was really insightful as he bought his laptop along and took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish including some insider metrics available in the back end of Rightmove, which was really eye opening for how the industry operates and showed how the local agents truly perform.
He wasn’t pushy like some estate agents can be, but consultative, thorough, and never took us for granted. There was a high level of respect which we appreciated. He took us through various strategies, what the marketing would look like and why it was so important to create amazing content. We had two other agents booked for later in the week as they couldn’t fit us in earlier but decided to instruct Graham the day we met. We then had the photos booked in for Monday morning, Graham came along with the photographer and some fresh flowers and a vase to help stage the flat and also fresh coffee for us all!
Graham turned the advert around the same day and at 9pm we had a first draft of our advert to review in our online account. The photos were incredibly accurate and didn’t attempt to mis-sell the flat, the 3D tour was incredibly detailed too and truly allowed you to walk around the flat and experience it as if you were there, (we don’t know why more agents don’t use this technology). The write up too was comprehensive and accurate without the silly overused superlatives we’re so used to from estate agents.
By Monday night (some 36 hours from meeting Graham) we had four booked viewings which actually took place before the meetings we would have had with the other estate agents! The care and skill that Expose used to create their adverts really was reaping rewards as we had 22 viewings in under two weeks and Graham gave us incredibly detailed feedback after each one. We got updates and advice about how the process was going and strategic advice about how we might move forward every other day. In just over two weeks we had three competing offers and went to sealed bids, selling well over the asking price!
The things we loved most about this process was the flexible communication mainly through a WhatsApp group meaning myself and my partner could simultaneously communicate. And it was structured around us (being working parents to a young child meant it was typically at around 10pm - sorry Graham!) The photos looked really brilliant and we’re confident by looking around on rightmove that there isn’t another agent in the area that produces adverts of same quality as Expose, especially their 3D virtual tours, which we signed off before it went live too. We could also see all activity in our online account which was really convenient and incredibly transparent and we loved that our buyers could book viewings into Expose’s online booking diary instantly and 24/7, in fact we could see most of our viewings were booked out of hours during the night when estate agents would typically be closed.
Expose may be new and growing but we were just so blown away by the service that we would recommend them to everyone.
