Mike has a strong, embedded knowledge of the Cambridge market and gave me realistic expectations. Caroline met with me to gain extensive knowledge of my property to front-foot questions from viewers; hence she was well informed and professional at all appointments with immediate feedback. Mel and the team behind the scenes did thorough financial checks before agreeing to conduct viewings, ensuring that all potential bidders were in a position to go forward expediently. Exquisite Home has a USP inviting successful bidders to pay a 'reservation fee' towards the final purchase price, thereby 'locking in the deal'. As a seller this gave me confidence that bidders were genuine and committed - alleviating the risk of being several months in to the conveyancing process and being 'let down' with a buyer withdrawing. Mike has clear and confident negotiating skills and is ahead of current estate agents' and political thinking on the pit-falls of our present system. I applaud him and the Exquisite Home team on their best practice and as proven in my case, significant outcomes.

We dealt with Exquisite Home as buyers. Their office team was friendly and helpful and they were flexible in arranging viewings for us at short notice, one when we first viewed the property and another before we made an offer. They kept in touch while we found buyers for our property and acted promptly once we were ready to proceed.
The reason it's not a 5 star review is that they asked us for a 2%, non-refundable deposit to secure exclusivity during the purchase process. We declined to pay that deposit which meant that the property remained on the market until contracts were exchanged. This created uncertainty for us which spoilt the overall experience of dealing with Exquisite Home.

Mike I am very disappointed with your response. Not only have you let your staff members down, you have created a story which is very easy to prove otherwise.
Instead of taking accountable for the service I received and take it on board to always strive for improvement. My review seems to have got your back up so in retaliation you have openly lied.
To mention service quality, if I knew of a 10am appointment in my business I would have made sure to be on the look out at meet the potential client outside.
So if anyone was at the property why and how during a 15minute window did no one show precence outside, even after knocking on the door.
Firstly I am in the market to purchase a property, why on earth would some one make up a bad review. There is no benefit.
Secondly there were CCTV cameras onsite which will show me parking up, walking round the front of the property and knocking on the door.
Thirdly I can pull up all detail to do with my van location, when it stopped, how long for etc.
Finally I have an email chain with Becky the same day, and on my call log a phone call to your office at the time of my viewing to find out where a representative was. No one answered that call.
Mike your way of dealing with customers I find very unprofessional. To make matters worse you have openly lied and really it just makes the company look very untrustworthy.
Mike id be happy to share my call log and email chain as well as my Data regarding my vans location. Not to mention asking the customer to look at the CCTV footage. Please don't make up stories and disgrace your name and company name in this manner. Truly shocked at your behaviour.

In a difficult market, Alison made the difference. From our first meeting, in which she separated herself from high st agents by her knowledge, strategy and marketing expertise, Alison has been exceptional and sold my property very quickly, to a qualified buyer and at my asking price.
She even secured me a non refundable deposit to protect myself and my buyer, which is something I hadn’t even heard of in this country.
The photography and floor plan were on another level to others in my price bracket and ensured my property stood out.

We had decided to sell our house after living there for some twenty years, extremely out of touch with this process we instructed a local agent. This unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing experience. We came home one evening to find a brochure and business card through our letter box, this had been left by Joseph, a local Partner with Exquisite homes. We looked through the brochure, the presentation was extremely professional and phoned Joseph to make an appointment. Joseph came round and within half an hour chatting to him it became quite apparent that Exquisite Homes conduct their business on a very different scale to high street agents. Our home was a five minute walk to Grafham Water, a beautiful nature reserve with fly fishing, water sports, cycle hire and cafes. Joseph immediately pointed out that the close proximity to the water was a key feature which had to be highlighted. They flew a drone over our house to show potential buyers especially ones not familiar with this area just how close we were to the water. They use a professional photographer for all the photos, a creative writer to tell the story of your house and produce a beautiful glossy brochure to send out to potential buyers. A representative visits to find out every little thing about your property so when potential buyers view they are able to answer any questions thrown at them. We were amazed how far apart exquisite Homes were compared to high street agents. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly, very easy to talk to, helpful, informative and professional. From our first meeting to completion Joseph was on hand to steer things in the right direction, he kept us informed throughout the whole process, and was always available whenever we contacted him. He sold our house within two weeks, we are in contact with the new owners and they have nothing but praise for the way he kept them updated at every turn, like us they felt he was extremely friendly but professional. Our experience with Joseph and Exquisite Homes was an extremely positive one and would have no problem whatsoever in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their home, they were exceptional on every level.

Joseph, our selling agent, was very professional. extremely personable, polite and accommodating at all times. He knew our area well and where the likely top -paying market was, He expertly advised us on the best way to prepare the house for sale (without us spending an unnecessary fortune on tarting it up), and managed most of the viewings in our absence, which relieved a lot of the strain on us. In the event the price achieved was very significantly above the asking price, and XQH also provided expert advice as to how to deal with the price bidding that arose. The rest of the team were also very professional -- the selling brochure they produced (with input from us which was taken full notice of) was magnificent ("we live in THAT house?" !). There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that our move only progressed to completion because we chose Exquisite Homes as our Estate Agents.
Anyone can take a few photos and list a property on the internet (then charge a large amount of money for doing just that), but Luan, Mike and their team are different. They are true experts in their field of business.
The initial consultation and the attention to detail when compiling the brochure were fun and exciting times but it was once all the initial excitement had waned that Exquisite Homes really stood apart from other agents we have used in the past.
They were determined to achieve the very best price possible on our behalf and once a sale was agreed, they ensured that the sale didn't just drift along.
They remained involved and advised us along the whole, at times, very difficult journey and as already stated, it just would not have happened without them. We can honestly say that if we should need to move again, we wouldn't hesitate for a second, we would be straight back to Exquisite Homes.
We can't thank you enough and are now happily settling into our wonderful new family home.

Although Exquisite Homes did not receive any commission for selling our house - we were about to switch to them formally when it sold - it was Gavin’s advice on how to make the best of our space, that sold it to our buyers, I’m convinced. My partner and I approached Exquisite homes to view a property, we were in two minds whether or not we should really look at it seriously, as it was quite grand and somewhat a scary venture for us!
However, we met Gavin Human at the property and from out outset he was exceptionally professional and incredibly polite. The viewing was very detailed and Gavin knew just the right amount of involvement to have before leaving us to ourselves.
All questions whether big or small were answered very quickly indeed and in great detail, given this was in the midst of a pandemic, it was a very relaxing experience.
I cannot give enough credit to this company and our direct contact Gavin, the entire experience was fantastically professional, which was a far cry from the estate agent representing our home sale.
We would definitely recommend this company to all and if we were to ever sell or buy a property in the future we will definitely be using Exquisite homes and preferably Gavin himself, the name of the business represents himself quite adequately "exquisite".

It is a pleasure for me to write this review the team at Exquisite Home. We have recently completed a very successful sale on our first property with the expert guidance from Luan. It was very easy for us to choose Exquisite Home to act as our agent. Our story begins when we first met Luan as she was doing a viewing for another property that we had been interested in. We were both very taken with her sunny personality and complete professionalism. Having mentioned to Luan that we were going to be selling our house Luan very kindly arranged for her colleague Michael to come and value our house with a view to putting it on the market. Michael arrived promptly and immediately put our minds at ease, due to his conscientious approach and years of experience in the very specialist field of high end estate agency. Then Covid happened which put our plans on hold, but as soon as we were able to move forward everything happened so smoothly and in such an efficient way. We were kept updated very regularly with polite, friendly emails. Where we asked for guidance Luan’s advice was well founded, knowledgeable and easy to understand. The brochure that was made showed off the best features of our property with professional high end images which showcased our home in the best possible way. The text description was well written and we were involved through the entire process where our thoughts and wishes were listened to and worked into the details. Our whole sale process from the first viewing to completion was just 14 weeks, which we thought was so impressive given the restrictions of covid 19 and the challenges this has brought to 2020. We feel so very lucky to have found Luan and her team- Lisa and George, Michael and Alison have all been patient, helpful and very professional. With their help we comfortably broke the ceiling price for our type of property in our area. Their service and guidance has really impressed us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We recently, August/September 2020, whilst looking to relocate from Hertfordshire viewed a property in North Cambridgeshire with Exquisite Homes. Whilst we eventually bought through a different agent in another county our experience With Gavin Human of Exquisite Home was nothing short of remarkable.
From the initial contact, the actual viewing and thereafter he was thoroughly professional, friendly and gave freely of his time and experience ( even though he made no sale ).

We had been waiting 8 months attempting to sell this property and within 3 days Exquisite Homes were able to sell at the full asking price with a cash buyer. The service provided included very professional photographs and superb brochure details. Each of the viewings were fully accompanied.
