I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tawnee. Right from the start, she was really accommodating with the viewings and helped with the offer and negotiation stage.
Tawnee went over and above at every opportunity, particularly when we had difficulties with the seller's solicitors. I felt like Tawnee was doing the job of both parties and gave me all the reassurances I needed that the sale was still on track even when it didn't always feel like it. She chased and liaised with solicitors and the seller with the utmost professionalism, while still keeping me in the loop and really working on my behalf. She never made me feel like I was asking too much of her, and I was so grateful to have her at the end of the phone or email when I needed things to be sorted or clarity on the process (which at times was almost daily!).
My solicitor and the council were both singing Tawnee's praises and she's a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for sale/purchase, and if they're lucky enough to get Tawnee then I have no doubt it will be as good as my own experience!

Really unimpressed with sharman quinney. In the space of 4 hours, we get a call to view a property that, from face value, we absolutely fell in love with, to then being told that they had already accepted someone else's offer. Surely accepting the first offer you are given isn't showing your seriousness about finding the right tenant for your client, but is in fact showing you're more interested in earning your quick commission. I would also like to add that this is a property that went off the market, and 2 days later, was back on. I suspect because, in their haste, they didn't find a serious or reliable tenant.

Bella went above and beyond to ensure our move in process went as smooth as possible. On move in day we had a couple issues arise upon entering the property with cleanliness; whilst ours is a landlord managed property we called Bella immediately and she came within 10 minutes to the house to help us review it, taking note and photographs to communicate to the landlord on our behalf in the first instance. She was incredibly lovely and understanding of the situation as we had all come from outside of Cambridge to move in, with multiple cars loaded. This was a lot for her to deal with taking over the case from a staff member who had left the week prior, on top of all the admin and communication needed to be caught up with to ensure we could move in, so I absolutely could not fault her professionalism and attitude towards the whole situation. Similarly, Charmaine has been brilliant and helped us to get all the forms signed with a short turnaround. A couple days later, we have everything sorted and both have sent frequent emails and called us to check in on everything being ok, which made us all feel reassured and cared for.
We're very grateful to have had their help and direction with this move in process, and particular thanks and acknowledgement to Bella for navigating the difficulties of move in day so efficiently, empathetically and with natural professionalism.

Sold our house via SQ in 2021, house sold over asking and the team managed the viewing extremely well.
We used SQ's mortgage broker, and Sophia was very professional and easy to deal with, even if we don't use SQ for our next purchase, we will continue to use them as broker.
SQ conveyancers were good to deal with, however to to stamp duty holiday and the sheer amount of work, we found them less proactive then we would have liked.
All in all a good experience, and would be more than to recommend using them to sell a house in Cambridgeshire.

It has been a long six months from start to finish with lots of unexpected hurdles along the way but I simply cannot thank Adam Tanswell, Tom Mollett, Sam Smith, Sophia Naveed and Alastair enough for all their help and support.
After 4 months with another Estate agent, who didn’t sell my house, I was recommended by a friend to use Sharman Quinney. Adam was the Branch Manager for the first couple of months during my sale then transferred to another branch. After using a estate agent who was relying only on the online advert to sell our house and raised no interest in our property, we changed to Sharman Quinney Orchard Park. We had seen first hand how proactive they were as they were selling the house we bought (Cambourne branch), and we were pleased to see a lot of interest in our house even before it went to market. Jay and Joe were very professional and effective, and in two weeks we sold our house. We also used Sharman Quinney's mortgage broker, Karl, and he indeed had the best deals available to us, as Jay had suggested. Finally, as we approached exchange and completion, an unexpected documentation issue emerged that would have delayed our move or prevented it altogether. Sharman Quinney had nothing to do with the problem, but Katie proactively came to our rescue and unexpectedly resolved the situation so that we could complete within the time frame we had agreed in the chain.

Wow, what a relief! With it being the first time we have bought a home we were originally quite apprehensive, however, nothing was too much trouble for Joe at Sharman Quinney and he actually went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly!!! After being with another Estate Agency for 6 months and no success, we decided to try another seller to co-sell my home. Sharman Quinney were on board for about a week and a half and sold it in their first viewing of the property. I could not believe how efficient and honest they were.
