After previously having our house on the market with two other agents we met with Matthew and decided to put our house on for sale with Fine and Country. I wish they had been the one and only agents we used! Their communication is excellent and they are prompt with their feedback. You always feel as if they have your best interests at the forefront of everything they do. Matthew and John were always a pleasure to deal with. They dealt with our purchase in an extremely professional manner, whilst also being personable and friendly should you need any support or advice throughout the process. They are always contactable and very quick to respond and get things actioned - Matthew went above and beyond when we faced an issue which was no fault of their own, to offer solutions and ensure the transaction completed smoothly. John was also a great help in dealing with our queries, offering advice and sharing his local/market knowledge.

But quick to praise when the service is excellent .
